Staff were pleasant and helpful. The old hotel is attractive and room was comfortable. Decently quiet despite the loud restaurant music. Good breakfast.

Very disappointed at the demise of the previous restaurant. The all neon rock ‘n roll do is not appealing (can’t speak to the food, I didn’t eat there). Previous restaurant/cafe was charming, even elegant. The new version looks ugly, cheap, and corporate, and there’s no where to sit with a coffee to wait for a friend.

The room was nice however with no direct day-light. Only a small window facing an internal corridor. Good breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rocio in particular was really great and kind.

To drink something at the bar, we had to wait as external clients. The room was a bit dark.

The rooms were a good size everywhere you went was spotless ,the staff were very helpfull and being part of rockerfellows a big bonus. Staff in the restaurant were helpfull especially ĺflorencia basol, which really made my stay enjoyable thanks

The bed for me was too hard

Nice hotel, but the quality of the rooms are deficient. The wooden floor had a whole piece of wood missing, if you would take a shower then the whole bathroom would flood, the rooms in person are way too different than what you see in pictures.

Breakfast had 3 options. I usually had café con leche, two croissants, orange juice. The pool is average small. I did not use the pool. The room is smallish. Has a fridge, but no kettle to make coffee/tea. Excellent water in the shower. Comfortable bead. One pays for the hotel itself which is a renovated old mansion, astonishing old architecture, in the heart of Rosario.

I wish I had a kettle for making tea in the room. Floor were not cleaned each and every day. Personal were mostly very helpful, except in the cafeteria. Waitresses were rushed.

It was somewhat contradictory that they do accept dogs but that they can only be in the rooms, which is somewhat frustrating when, for example, you want to be on the terrace and it is not possible to go with the dog.

Breakfast included was excellent - pastries, toast, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, cafe con Leche, juices. Staff very helpful with advice on where to go for nightlife and suggestions for paying with cc versus cash Parking very convenient in next door parkade

As with all booking.com bookings, the view from the room was terrible...this is our usual experience when booking thru a booking site

The room are large and comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and it is possible to have breakfast on a terrace.

Beautiful building, architecturally lovely with great high ceilings. Wonderful staff, very welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Amadeo on reception, very helpful indeed!

The staff at reception, including case handlers and security were amazing. The room and hotel was amazing. I paid cash but didn’t get my invoice, they said online but nothing arrived yet

No restaurant or bar, it could have been set up at the breakfast room until the bar reopened.
