I was asked if I wanted breakfast when I checked in and I asked if it was included with the room for free and was told yes, so I said yes, but discovered the next morning after I ate that this was not the case. So I only ate breakfast at the hotel on the first morning. When I found that it was not included with the room charge, I was told I could get a discount if I let them know ahead of time that I would be having breakfast but when I checked out I was not given a discount for that first morning despite telling them ahead of time. The unwillingness to give customers the benefit of the doubt was disappointing.

Better communication.

Rooms were clean, location was close to a lot of Restaurants.

Staff Don't speak English or if they speak it would be a limited one. For example instead of saying "can I get your passport please" the lady just says " passport". Also at the check-in the lady didn't tell me that I'm going to pay for the whole stay at the check-in she just said "credit card" and went ahead and did the transaction without explaining to me what is she going to do with the credit card.

I left Seoul to visit the National Science Museum. It was easy to get a bus from the KTX station to the hotel. The hotel is 30min walk for this location, but you can also take a bus or taxi. Is 5min walk from Daejeon Convention Center and other attractions like Expo Science Park/ Hanbittap Shingsegae Art & Science. Internet was good enough to work, and TV offers a variety of channels. The room was comfortable, and clean, Nearby you can find convenience stores (CU/ See you, GS 25), restaurants, and bars. The hotel offers meals, and I tried the breakfast, which was a nice buffet. You can find both Western and Asian alternatives and a nice view of the city. In fact, I stayed one more night than I expected to be there.

In fact, I´m allergic to carpet and did not notice if this information was there when I booked it. Anyway, I could open the window, and I had no problems with that.

Great location, nice personnel, it’s quiet

I am a little bit sensitive (freaking) about cleanness, that’s why I requested “super clean” room. Generally that’s what I got, BUT the carpet needs to be steam cleaned more often (when it’s not hight season at least) and I HATE FINDING HAIRS, which I did unfortunately. Paying for brand name Lotte you expect at least tidy room. Instruct your staff how to do clean ups better before check-in.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, very helpful

One day we didn’t have shampoo and body wash, but it’s okay, they brought it immediately after the call. Also we don’t really understand the policy of hotel of not providing tooth brushes and stuff. At least, they warned us about it.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the Staff is friendly and communicates well in English. The gym is very nice. The location is quiet and close to the University and 10 min by taxi to SHINSEKE mall.

The room for three beds is relatively small. The location is far from the city center.

Breakfast was diverse, adequate options. The hotel is very nice, sleek, super friendly staff. Location is great for science/technology environment, newer part of the city and very modern and interesting. I was there on business and would have enjoyed the opportunity to explore more for leisure. Will be happy to return.

Nothing that I can point out of any significance.

Great hotel on the bank of the river, close to Daejon Convention Center. Walking distance to the huge shopping center Shinsegae. Very nice rooms, with comfortable beds, big bathroom (nice bathtub) and great view. Really nice breakfast at top floor restaurant. Recommend!

It is right off the beach and there were many good restaurants around the hotel. And the ocean view was great from the balcony.

One of the rooms we booked smelled bad like they used an old rag. And the carpet in the hallway looked dirty and smelled a bit. The glass door needs cleaned.

Not in the center of the city, but right next to DCC. The sungsimdang bakery is also across the street. Breakfast is very good for its price. Room is comfortable with spacious desk space. Reception is very attentive.

The room door was very heavy. The lighting system is difficult to figure out.
