I loved the hot breakfast and how clean it was. We had to move from another hotel that had signs of bed bugs and this hotel was very accommodating. We had to make reservations that night and they were able to get us into a room as soon as we got there.

Breakfast was very nice and changed each day. Facilities were cleaning and comfortable. Very convenient location with stores and restaurants easily accessible.

All ice machines in working order.

It was very nice people here were very nice and helpful.

Not much for breakfast and food and drinks was All almost gone. The bed very hard and a lot of stuff on the carpet.Would like to have a place like this closer to new Orleans not a long HR drive.

I love the secure access no random people walking around. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were exceptionally nice

Location was perfect the staff was great but the swimming pool was a complete disaster

Lobby has a weird setup and late check in was done through a window because door was locked.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Should we come to NOLA again, we would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast options were limited due to COVID. The options that were available were easy to grab and go. More tables and chairs at the pool would be nice. There was a couple times we went out to sit by the pool and there was other people that came out and not enough chairs.
