I booked on bookings.com and it didn’t inform me of all the amenities? I didn’t know I was getting complimentary coffee or a coffee pot, fridge or micro in the room. That would’ve been great to know what to pack. Also no info in the room about check out time, amenities in the area ( eateries, etc).. so just more info.. a pamphlet or something, and update the website 😊

room clean, comfortable beds, heating and cooling good, friendly staff, customer oriented, Great looking pool area,

was told the pool would be certified and usable but it wasn't. I would have liked a continental breakfast for the price.I would have appreciated a handicapped room and or 2nd floor elevator.

Two queen sized beds and one king sized bed made this room perfect for a large family to stay together. Staff was helpful getting us a crib as well.

The lighting was lacking in the room. It was just too dark. Some bulbs needed replaced but also, more lighting options.

Bed was comfortable. Clean and spacious room. Parking was nice and plenty of room. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Love the location in relation to the casino

Shower head could use update. I personally suggest some kind of detachable wand shower head. Makes cleaning kids, older people, anyone really.

We liked how the beds were made--felt like a "fancy" hotel. It felt very clean, looked new (we've been on a road trip and stayed in a lot of places that don't!). The pool was a treat!

I might suggest having coffee in the lobby for guests as they depart.

Once we were in a room that was clean and had a working TV we had a very comfortable stay. The office staff were very helpful in getting us a room that met our expectation. This is a good place to stay in a small town especially after a long drive.

In the first room we were in the carpet needed vacuuming which was taken care of immediately after notifying the office. Then we found out that the TV was broken so we could not use it. Here again we notified the office and they were very accommodating and finally moved us to a different room.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the lady on the front desk was really welcoming. Air conditioning worked well and we had a good nights sleep. Its located perfectly for visiting all the local places. Would return.

Fridge was small so we had to throw out our ice cream. Something was wrong with the pool so we didn't use it.

Really nice room,large,extra towels that were pretty fluffy.I really liked that the parking lot was not visible from the main street it felt much more secure.Staff were friendly ( as opposed to too often surly)

The woman who checked us in was very nice and effecient. The room was very clean and we plan on staying there next time for sure. We stay in Hawthorn twice a year and we will continue to stay there.
