Away from Las Vegas Boulevard Family friendly Friendly reception staff Hospitality staff were very accomodating and hardworking. The smorgasboard hot breakfast with waffles was great we stayed 2 nights 5 adults and 6 children aged between <1-17 years of age and the kitchen staff were very busy more busy on Sunday as the inn was full. Only one lady replenishing the food and supplies but unsure how many in the kitchen. Kids loved the pool as it was a very hot day of at least 40+degrees Celsius A nice touch to have fresh towels by the pool which was very convenient. Air con and ice maker was great. Convenient ATM on ground floor.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice. The beds were comfy. Great pool with spa outside. Our kid enjoyed it very much.

We had to wait too long at the registration when we arrived. First we were told that there was no reservation on my name. I showed my reservation confirmation on my Booking.com application and then they found out that other visitor was checked in instead of us. So the receptionist spent a lot of time discussing this with her colleague rather than first checking us in and then handling the issue. We arrived around midnight and would have been happy with any room since we were exhausted after a long road trip.

the young ladies during check in could have been a little more friendly and professional and not talk about their friends pregnancy that’s not professional while checking in guest the tub drains slow while showering so standing in a pool of water 2 minutes into shower. maybe when they clean the room check the flow if the tub drain properly

Staff (Brandy, so kind and informative at check-in; Frances, the still-waters queen of stay-logistics; and later in our stay, Diamond, with that smile and joyful manner) was beyond our expectations. Breakfast was better than expected, as well; the staff (wish I could recall her name) there didn't hover, yet was very attentive to any need, stated or unstated. Clean hotel. Workers seemed to take pride in their care. We did not want to leave!

No towel rack in the roomy, contained bathroom. Bathroom door and closet door could not be left open for any length of time unless held or propped open, the latter after a scavenger hunt for things (e.g. slightly crushed paper cup, socks) we used to prop them open.

The price. The location. We got the third floor and it was comfortable and clean.

That we couldn't check in till 3PM and we got there around 1PM (we forgot about the time difference) We just wanted to get to our room after the long drive. The pool was nice, but it needs to be cleaned. It wasn't that clean and we found a plastic bag in the pool.

The location was excellent as far as we were concerned. Lots of restaurants were close by as well as shopping if needed. I would stay there again and also the no so-called Resort Fee charged like a lot of Vegas Hotel/Motels. A real bonus and surprising was the Happy Hour and Piano music.

The unfortunate part was that the central elevator was out of order, but was one at the far end of the property, which made a bit of a walk if on the opposite side.

The room was comfortable, but the air conditioner was very noisy. Also the bathroom door was heavy and wasn’t able to stay open.

The price. A person off the street asked for a room and was quoted $315. With booking.com, I paid $399. Completely unfair. I would never use booking again. I paid almost $800 for a basic room with no restaurant. Not cool.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast set up was very nice, it included fresh waffles that you make yourself, bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice and milk. There are tables to eat at or you can bring the food back to your room. The staff is constantly replenishing items and cleaning tables.

The pillows were very hard and made it extremely hard to get comfortable. Our air was not working great but they did give us a fan to help cool the room down.

The hot tub and pool were fully functional. The happy hour with free drinks was great! The room was clean and comfortable.

The rude lady at front desk. She actually hanged up the phone on me when I was still talking to her. They were also very rude to my children. I guess she hates kids!!

Location is great allowing many dining options. The rooms are clean, pool and hot tub are great. The front end staff (Ms. Diamond) demonstrates genuine exceptional customer service skills- an Angel. She facilitated a wonderful stay. Thank you. Definitely will rebook when returning to Henderson.
