Great location - within the Jakarta city. While the rates are definitely higher than many other hotels, the many and differently-designed sitting spaces in the lobby; the avant-garde and artistic touches (many art pieces in the lobby and then the surprise in the room toilet haha! Very quirky artwork on the "jaipong" traditional dance vs disco - I love that!); the room is well-designed, giving it a spacious look even though it's not that big, the high bed and the pillow mix were super comfy; the addition of the footboard bench at the foot of the bed is truly very helpful to place my handbags and change of clothes within reach. And, the connection to the shopping mall (Central Park) is of course a bonus - so convenient!

It's awkward to not have any door to the main toilet area leading towards the sink - yea I know it's a kinky and upbeat design to give it an easy flow of movement. Haha. Still, awkward. The lifts seemed to be a tad bit slow. Not sure if others felt the same.

Since the first day I entered the hotel till the last day, I was amazed by everything and most important the staff' way of welcoming and helping and thier way of respect was so awesome. In addition, securty is really noticed and I valued it. I felt so much safe and secured during all these days. I was so glad that I made a reservation with included breakfast because breakfast was out standing for real. This hotel is really perfect and I will stay again in it if I visit Jakarta in future. I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with their breakfast offerings. The buffet featured a diverse range of options that catered to various cultural preferences, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy. From traditional Western dishes to Asian delicacies, the variety was remarkable. Not only was the selection extensive, but each dish was also delicious and well-prepared. It’s clear that the hotel takes great care in providing a satisfying and inclusive breakfast experience for all its guests.

While my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, I found the price to be a bit steep compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the traffic around the hotel was quite congested, making it somewhat challenging to get around. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s amenities and services were commendable, but potential guests should be aware of these factors when planning their stay.

Location was unbeatable, right next to Central Park mall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the art displays in the lobby was interesting. Comfortable room.

For one of the rooms we booked, there was no partition between the bed and the bathroom (another same room type we booked had a sliding door) like an open concept style. We didn't really like it because you could see the whole bathroom when you sleep. The hotel itself looks abit scruffy at the edges if you look closely, but nothing that we would ponder on too much.

Location less than 30mins from airport. Early check in is allowed if the room is ready. Cleanliness. Spacious room. Comfortable mattress. Decent TV channels (AXN, TVN and TVN movies). Good breakfast spread. It’s linked to Central Park Mall which has lots of good restaurants and shops for shopping. Walking distance to other big malls such as Taman Angrek Mall.

(1) Uncomfortable pillow. Seriously pls change your pillow pls. Causing neck pain. (2) Open bathroom concept not suitable for friends even same gender.

Buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Was able to get early check in which was appreciated. Close to 3 large shopping centres.

Modern hip style, not really to my taste. The staff wear white training shoes! Pool area on podium level no view and not very appealing. I paid for executive floor access but value not really there to warrant additional cost. Wouldn't do that again. .

Well located with big mall "Central Park Mall" just beside hotel that is connected with another mall Soeho. Super lots of eating choices. Love the friendliness of the staff from security to counter services to even the breakfast team. Love the smell of the bath towels. Just 20-30mins cab ride to and from airport depending on traffic. Great breakfast spread that you will be spoiled for choice.

Just a feedback not a particular dislike. It would have been good that there is a curtain that shelters the bathroom from the room. It is open so I had to dry myself and change in the bathing cubicle. Could not have just walked out as staying with my mum.

The hotel is located just right next to a huge shopping mall. The hotel's room is spacious and has nice design with comfortable bed. The bathroom is also quite spacious. The breakfast spread really has very good selection and it was a nice hotel in a good and convenient location.

The bathroom does not have sufficient enclosure for privacy. If traveller is staying in the room alone, then this is fine but if you have to share with a co-worker or a friend, then perhaps it might be a little inconvenient.

it was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, close to various establishments, shops, bars, nice location of the hotel, very tasty food!!!

only one thing, you had to wait a bit too long for the ordered meals to be delivered to your room, but when they finally arrived, the taste made up for the long wait

The staff there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is just spectacular, and the quality of fruits is just beautiful. The overall property is just nice and clean. The location is spot on with shopping centre just next door.

The only thing we don't like is that it can be too busy at times. When there is an event happening at the hotel. The traffic jammed outside is just so bad.
