I liked the fact that it was very clean.,friendly stuff,very welcoming and the driver very good person he made sure l was safe on the bus station 😊❤️most definitely coming back!

Was not happy with the food l ordered a medium T borne steak but it was too cooked having problems with my gums,,after l had to go n collect the food on my own n l was having rice n TBorne steak thy didn’t give me any silverware😭💔but l guess thy forgot but that’s okae though they where very friendly ❤️

The staff were all amazing and very professional, I felt very safe as there is 24 hour Security Personnel on site. Breakfast was awesome and laundry facilities are run efficiently. Every morning my car will be spotless because staff washed it for me including my guests cars who visited me at the property. The pool and bar facility is well managed and it was an amazing and relaxing experience. There are high street shops within the vicinity of the property and exchange bureaus for easy access to cash.

Check in was great and very friendly staff greeting us. and we had a very good deal which upgraded us to their Montrose room - which was great with good facilities and very comfortable bed

a few of the things in the room didn't work like the lamps beside the bed, no plug in the bath tub (or enough water pressure for a bath), and no drinking glasses.

The place was peaceful and safe. The accomodation was very comfortable and the personal very profesional and friendly. We really enjoyed our moments in Mount Pleasant

Nothing at all. The breakfast could be a little more diversified but we conceive it is not in Bed&Breafkast duties to offer different breakfasts. The B&B is a little far from everything to go around walking but the driver is available and willing to accompagn the customers.

Amazing friendly stuff they were helpful and made sure I was comfortable .l arrived late. However, the transport was sent to pick me up.apreciate the effort . Thank you, Christina and the Chef, for making my two days stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I liked the fact that I had access to the kitchen for 24 hours, it made it easier for us to wash our daughter’s feeding bottles and make her food in the morning. I liked the location it’s quite and clean. The shuttle service is great, good car and good driver, we had a smooth drive.

I don’t think we were allocated the roomed we booked and paid for, our room was a bit small, we could not fully make use of the wardrobe as it was blocked by the office desk and there was no space to move it, we also requested a cot bed which made the room even smaller. What we saw in pictures and booked was different is from what we were given. The cot bed we were given for our daughter was not clean

The breakfast was delicious and balanced. Cooked and served with love from the lady chef. They organised for my pickup at the airport making my arrival smooth.

The WiFi needs to be strengthened bit. Was weak but we managed

This time round the breakfast was quite good. They served mushrooms, and the omelette was generous.

The kitchen staff must remember to clean the table after guests have finished their breakfast, so that it is ready for the next guest. The shower head in the bathroom is partially blocked

Good breakfast, a rather nice, quiet place to stay. Good value for money. Friendly staff, the rooms are kept clean and there is also a communal lounge, good WiFi. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in Harare.

Niiice neighborhood. Excellent staff, especially Christine at reception. She went out of her eat to help me with a problem with the TV and was patient and pleasant throughout.

Liked everything . Would stay again.
