Hotel Comfort

What a great experience this was for my!!! after a night in a horrible hotel I arrived here. Directly a warm welcome from the lady at the reception (good English spoken), she excuses me that the room was not ready (but I was there appr 30 min before check-in), the cleaning lady came directly to me and told me she would clean the room very neat especially for me. They would put my luggage in the room after it was finished, so I could go the city center and prepare for the match. By the way, hotel is located very close to the center! The reception lady asked me if I was alone or with two. A friend of mine was still looking for a hotel and could stay in my room as well. When I asked for the additional costs (including breakfast) they told me this was already included, so no extra charge. They even suggested to split the beds for us. I was so happy, I wanted to hug the employees! When arriving at night, the room was clean, Wifi worked fine, beds good, nice hot shower and good breakfast. I will definitely return this summer with my family.

Initially, I only booked two nights at the Comfort Hotel, but then booked another four nights. And that, frankly, for the classy treatment of Mrs. Adela, her constant smile and keen attention to all our needs made me feel at home rather than in a hotel. I loved the breakfast, and even if I asked for something else for my breakfast and it could have been provided, the hotel is not late in accommodating that. All the hotel staff led by Mrs. Adela are excellent in dealing and very respectful. I also thank the lady who arranged the rooms for her sincerity and concern. The hotel is very nice and I loved it and it will be my home every time I visit Albania, this beautiful and beloved country with its kind and generous people.

The location is perfect which is walking distance to city centre, the room was neat and tidy, the staff are so helpful and friendly specially Adila, she was so kind and she helped me and my friend with the Itinerary and which good places to visit, the breakfast was awesome and so delicious 😋

The elevator doesn't work but not a big deal for us because the hotel only one floor. The breakfast was not ready at 7.00am but when we advised they arranged everything within 10 mins. Just be careful when you use your mobile phone charger there's a steel square in the top of the electricity connector, I'll share the photo of it.

I booked the hotel for one night but i stayed 2 more days at comfort hotel.Friendly staff especially Adela Her constant smile and Super attention are awesome,feel like a home rather than hotel. My checkout was evening 6 o clock,that time Adela was not there but she was arranged the food for my two kids (Adela attention was like a mam )Adela thank you every much for your help & support. Adela,Anushka & Ayush told me to convey their Regards to you.

The hotel was clean and warm. Everything is in order and we don't really have to take the pain of anything. They do daily cleaning and change of towels. There are enough cafes,supermarkets and pharmacies around the hotel. You can find public parking below the hotel which is payable as per government norms.

The staff, except for one lady who works in the day time has lack of basic english knowledge. So be prepared to use google translate for any kind of basic communication. This is not something I did not like, but some thing they can improve.

Great location. Staff were professional and friendly. Had an excellent restaurant fora quick cheap lunch and a very popular cafe that was always busy. Everything is a short walk away. Very reasonably priced. Some excellent restaurants a few minute’s walk away.

I can’t think of anything really. Missing hot water heater but they will give it to you from the kitchen

It's my second time staying at hotel Comfort and i would say that in general it was e good experience. I like the location and the area around a lot.

I'd like to mention that staff it's not very friendly. Also when we called reception to ask about late checkout and if we had to pay something extra, he told us to ask in the morning again cuz he didn't know. Well i wanted to know just to not wake up early in the morning...

Breakfast very good. Staff is very nice and professional Room service was excellent Ms. Adeela is an exceptional employee of the hotel. I would say she is asset for her company. Very helpful, kind, soft spoken and problem solver I would like to special thanks one of the staff who helped me for repairing my shoe in emergency.

Everything was exceptional

The staff was so friendly, since we arrived we were welcomed by Adela and she helped us to early check-in and suggested places to visit during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the quality was excellent. the hotel is well located near the city center.

Everything was perfect except smoke odor coming from the cafe downstairs.

It was my first time in Tirana, and I really felt at home. What I like the most is the amazing hospitality of Adela and her team, they were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, very close to Skanderbeg Square. The room was very comfortable.
