The staff were super kind and helpful and the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area. The views from our room and the restaurant are superb and totally made our stay. Despite what I'll say in the negatives, I would still stay here again if I was rebooking our trip, and hope to come back one day.

The hotel is in such a privileged location and the building itself has so much potential, it's a bit of a shame that it seems to be a bit stuck in the past. For example, simply revamping the breakfast a bit would already go a long way into making it a superb instead of very good stay in my view.

The room is comfortable. The staff is very attentive and helped us with various demands that were not their responsibility (tour intermediation, for example). The view from the hotel (beagle channel) is very beautiful.

The breakfast is very poor (allways medialunas, coffe, milk, cheese, ham and two kinds of fruits), which is more a standard Argentine breakfast than a flaw. The location is not good. Despite the panorama and the fact that the hotel provides a shuttle service to the center and vice versa, the hotel is five kilometers from the center. The departure times are limited and it is not always possible to use them. Also keep in mind that many of the activities in the city stop between 12:00 and 17:00. So, if you don't go downtown with a plan or an organized tour, you can stay in the city without having much to do.

The location was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we always had a good night's sleep. The lobby and sofa spaces were nice.

The breakfast was very minimal but alright. The bathroom could do with a bit of an update and more hooks to hang towels etc. It would be nice if there was a walk around the hotel area into the woods for a bit more to do outside the hotel.

Very nice view, canal and mountains. Space in the room. Nice staff. Free shuttle to city center.

Awesome view to the Beagle Channel. The restaurant is wonderful with reasonable price and good view, I really like it.

Beds are comfortable and the view over the bay from the hotel is nice.

Food is not good. Poor wine list and didn’t allowed us to open wine bought from other places. Breakfast is poor. Mattress is old, weak, and after 2 nights I got a back pain.

I have never experienced such rude and unkind attention in my life. We arrived to the property with 8 months old child. We wanted to get to our room to change the diapers, warm some food for the baby etc. We were told that we cannot get the keys of our room until full stay is paid. The rest was about to come in one hour, so we had to stay in the lobby until then. The receptionists of the morning were ok, but the young guy of the afternoon/evening was horrible, unkind and absolutely unaware of our needs. Above all, the hotel charged us more money explaining that they use dollar-turista for foreigners, but dollar-turista is in fact a rate used for argentinians travelling abroad. Never again here!

Location is convenient for the departing cruises.
