Comfy bed, all the facilities you need including room service and a mini bar, as well as a microwave, and nice friendly staff. The room service meal I had was the rump steak and it was cooked to perfection. The area was also relatively quiet. Overall an excellent stay for the price and I would stay again.

These aren't "dislikes" - just points to consider when you stay: The pillows were too firm - but I'm very picky about pillows and usually bring my own. The air conditioner can be noisy at night even on fan mode so make sure you put it on the middle fan speed as I found that to be the quietest. Very, very minor issues.

Spacious, comfortable and neat room with all necessary amenities. Plenty of space, storage and areas to sit and rest. Large sofa and both indoor and outdoor table and chairs. The full-size fridge freezer with tempting bar fridge items is a welcome inclusion to the kitchenette of microwave, kettle, toaster and sink. Room service for both dinner and breakfast was amazing. Great, tasty food, reasonably priced with prompt and friendly service. Bed and linen were comfortable and the ensuite was of a good size. We will definitely stay here again, excellent accommodation.

The lady at the reception was as quick and professional in all she did both on book-in and departure. For me, always a big winner. I asked for a quiet room and Room 46 fitted the bill (reception mentioned my request on arrival, and what the property had done to comply: very good). The room was good (the door into the shower speaks badly and that could be fixed), and it has workable little mini-bar. All good

Nothing apart from the squeaky door! I am a hard marker, having given only two 9s since 1976 (I travel 4-5 months a year here and overseas), but I will stay here in future (I have family in Toowoomba)

On arrival, we were given a very friendly welcome by the manager, Joanne. The room was quite a good size and appeared to be recently renovated. It was most comfortable, well maintained and importantly, very clean. The room service breakfast was generous and good value. The location was perfect for our trip for the Toowoomba Food and Wine festival and the flower festival.

The in-room coffee was sachets of instant. Also, the breakfast coffee was not very good and could have been instant as well. The motel could charge a couple of $$ more and provide a Nespresso or similar machine for pods or a plunger and coffee grounds. Otherwise all else was excellent.

Room was spacious, and beds very comfortable. Bathroom quite large and plenty of room to put your toiletries on the vanity. Reception staff were good on check in. Would definitely stay here again but would ask for a top floor room towards the back away from the main road.

Room was quite noisy. Bottom floor and you heard people walking past all the time, door was not very sound proof. Also heard people moving about on the floor above. Light took about 30 seconds to come on in the bathroom each time you wanted to use it. Parking in the rain across from the units.

It was in a particularly good location not far from Queens Park and The Botanic Gardens which are great places to go for a walk . A couple of great cafes a block away. The rooms are immaculately clean A shout out to the housekeeping staff for doing such a great job! Reception was extremely helpful and attended to all enquiries efficiently and a friendly smile always greeted you. The rooms were well set out and there is a pool if you so wish to take a dip.

Lovely lady in reception, always welcoming, friendly and helpful.. we have stayed here quite a few times now, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.. everything needed for a comfortable stay.. there is also a good restaurant on site, very handy with room service available.. we were given a surprise upgrade to a suite this stay, which we did appreciate.. we always enjoy our stay here!

Everything met our expectation, room was very clean and well laid out with plenty of cupboard space for clothing. We were there for two nights and great to see any replacements required especially in the bathroom were replaced when necessary.

There was nothing which did not reach our expectation in any way. Parking was very convenient and lovely comfortable area out the back , too cold to swim but spacious area to sit in shade or sun. There wasn't anything inconvenient in any way.

Great location. Easy check-in & out process. Room comfortable. There was a good size fridge/freezer with cutlery/crockery for the 4 of us, plus a microwave. Even though it was basically a long, single room, the 2 single beds at one end could be closed off by sliding doors to make them a separate room if you wished to do so. They also had a separate (2nd) smaller TV, although we didn't use it, all using the main TV instead. A short stroll from the lovely park is a bonus. There were also some soft drinks/beers/wine with the snacks for purchase, but we didn't need to use any of those.

It's almost always difficult to fit that many adults around a small dining table simultaneously, but that applies to most hotel/motel rooms, so no worse at this establishment. The sliding doors to the single beds were easy to come off their rollers (not slide well), but that was easily fixed in a few minutes without having to contact the office.

Feels like home - we’ve stayed there many times over the years because our children went to school in Toowoomba. Joanne at Reception is like family! The rooms are a good size, always clean and we like the toiletries that are in the bathroom. We also like the dining room on site - and the menu has been updated since our last visit- delicious food.
