Seabrook Hotel

It was a lovely clean room, comfy bed and good shower facilities. Access to the unit was straightforward and directly off the parking space to the room. Basic provisions for guests including tea making facilities and clean crockery and cutlery. Very helpful and obliging manager with close under cover access to the main dining room.

Very basic security. I'm security conscious when I'm travelling alone, an extra lock on the inside of the door would have made me feel more comfortable.

The apartment was well thought out and massive, no one was on top of each other, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge area and kitchen. Could see wallabies and bunnies across the grass when up on top of the steps. Children felt safe and content.

The beds were very uncomfortable for all 4 of us and there was a few areas that needed an extra deep clean e.g fridge, bin, kitchen floor was sticky besides me nitpicking on those the rest was amazing!

The apartment was very spacious can sleep 7(we only had 3)but with family over for dinner there was plenty of room in the dining/ lounge. There was 2 bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen with tea and coffee. We ate at the hotel directly under the apartment food was very good,staff were friendly had a great feel. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone The water views was nice as we didn't know till the morning when we looked out the windows in kitchen and lounge.

We were lucky enough to be there during renovations. It was a not the most pleasant of alarms on Monday morning to the sounds of jack hammers and hammers. Directly below the apartment. The floor was vibrating it was very loud. A heads up would have been nice. It kept going till 6pm. We understand renovations have to be done can't hold that against them. It was a good apartment would definitely book there again.

The apartment was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms also. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. Don't be fooled by the outside facade, the apartment was bright and modern and had everything we needed for a couple night stay.

Would have been nice to have laundry facilties.

The family apartment was amazing value. Quite the hidden gem, not matching the facade of the building. Very modern and clean. We have small children and it was also well designed to be safe for them, without things at their level that they could get into (as a parent you definately notice little things like that! )

The only problem was we didn't get told how to check out. There was no drop box or open reception, so we just locked our key in the room.

Bed was comfortable enough. Shower was great. Restaurant meal was excellent value and delicious. Staff were friendly. Paid $80 on Booking.com which was fine. Would have been $110 directly at reception. Definitely not worth that. Close to a free viewing of Little Penguins run by volunteer guides.

The unsealed parking area, the view of shipping containers and a factory workshop from our window. The tiniest sink in the bathroom with absolutely nowhere to place even one toilet bag let alone two. Room service breakfast ordered for 8.30am; delivered on time but almost stone cold and the plate wouldn't fit in the microwave to heat it up. Told staff who said they would pass complaint on to management, but we have not had any response.

The food was really good. Big meal. Room was clean.

It would be nice if there was passwords for the WiFi left in the room as i got in late and left in the mornings before the pub opened. Also if the TV was signed in so it would at least watch YouTube. Other than that I can't fault the place.

It was so comfortable in our room, bathroom a little small but clean and adequate. Loved the attached bistro/hotel-great food and wines. Was so comfortable to come back to our room after touring on a windy day...felt very lucky with everything we needed.

Great little room, very clean and tidy. Considering it is on a main road it is quiet. Bistro was very yummy and staff very friendly.

The shower seemed to have a drain blockage as water would pool around your feet. The beds were ok, but kept sliding around if you moved.

The room was quiet and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. It had extra pillows, blankets, hair dryer, hand wash, body wash, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits. The heating was great! The meals in the hotel were delicious and staff were friendly.
