Location was great, staff were lovely and free parking.
The cleanliness could have been better, mould in the showers and in shower exhaust fan, dust all outside and along the skirting boards, fridge had mould and grime with crumbs in it wasn't wiped down, hand prints on walls and glass door, one of the lights was strobing and dining kitchen section had poor lighting. These were only minor but definitely noticeable.

Great location in North Melbourne. My daughter was starting a new job at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and we wanted a place close by until she could sort permanent accommodation. This was a 5 minute walk. Secure parking underneath the building. Spacious apartment with full facilities including a kitchen and laundry. Great bathroom with amazing hot shower.
They are called ‘serviced apartments’ but aren’t serviced unless you stay for 14 days or more.. we washed our own towels and had to go out to buy our own washing detergent, washing powder, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc. We didn’t mind doing this but the name is a bit misleading. I also paid extra for a ‘Balcony’ and technically I had one but I presumed from looking at the pictures on the website it would be a balcony

Lovely clean flat with balcony in North Melbourne 10 minutes walk from Victoria market and free tram into city. Great security.
Flat needs an inventory of facilities for self-catering purposes, for example there was no breadboard, hardly any mugs etc. The arrangements for late arrival and departure are inadequate. There is no one there after 5pm and I was asked to send photos of credit card including security number prior to arrival for late access fee which I was not prepared to do. Also, we had to collect our luggage cases for a late flight before 5pm. I think an apartment block of this size should have a reception staff till reasonably late in the evening or better key access arrangements

Excellent location with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy check-in and Ankit at reception was friendly and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable for the 3 nights that we stayed. Providing a clothes airer was a nice touch as the bathroom was small and gave four adults a place to hang wet towels etc.
Small things that really should be checked and corrected... the bathroom faucet was broken but didn't impact the water supply so was ok to manage with. Another family in similar apartment staying at the same time said a plug point was broken with exposed wiring. These things need to be checked by housekeeping/ maintenence and guests told about it at check-in.

Excellent location: close to hospitals, Melbourne Uni, North Melbourne, QVM; Easy to get to from the city (20 min walk, or short tram ride by 58 or 59). Apartment is clean, modern, functional and well-kept. Free parking is a plus especially this close to the city. The apartment has everything you need from washer-drier, fully functioning kitchen to an excellent shower and a very good heat pump air-conditioning system.
Everything is good. Perhaps WiFi could be faster - reception is not always staffed but the staff there are really helpful.

Fantastic location, easy to find. 20min walk to Marvel Stadium and 15 min walk to Royal Women's hospital. Tram stop located 5 min walk away to Queen Victoria Market / City. Reception staff really friendly couldn't have asked for better service and they provided a lot of local information. Disability friendly, elevator to room and bathroom had a seat in the shower if required. Bed comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Had a front apartment, which was 2 bedrooms, slept in the back bedroom so no traffic noise.
Parking was underground and very very tight getting in and out. Parking not designed for larger vehicles, have a CX5 which was fine, but someone else had to assist navigating the vehicle so it didn't hit the wall coming out. There may be other parking Ground floor exit was a little bit confusing.

The lady who checkec us in on the saturday was extremely helpful.. We were located on the ground floor so with having the kids the bonus of the bigger court yard was awesome. Well socked kitchen even though we didn't find the hiding place for the kettle until we asked. Having heating for the all rooms was a bonus.
Not that we didn't like, but found washing took awhile as it was a combo machine. Found in the second room could of done with a little bit of maintenance, and a bit better cleaning. As found mould on the blind and a socket coming out of the wall.

The location was convenient- easy to drive to, many public transport options and easy walk to Queen Victoria markets and shops and restaurants of North Melbourne. Would better suit a family with young children than teens.
It was smaller than it looked in the photos. The bathroom was small and not well ventilated (no window or obvious fan) for use by two adults and two teens. And shower recess was not as clean as i would like. There was a courtyard but didn’t really use the space as it was walled by a several storey high solid brick wall and higher than head height fences to neighbouring rooms. Not much sunlight in courtyard or room.
