Simple room with the necessary minimum! Microwave, kettle, plain grill, fridge, cups, spoons. It's more than enough 🙂 A pleasure also to have tea and coffee! And some cookies 😋 If you need more crockery and cutlery, just ask reception 🙂 The shower is perfect, with strong pressure, and easy hot water adjustment. Television in the bedroom. Tables, chairs, sofa, bedside tables. What more ! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that, daily housekeeping! I'm glad to have stayed here. Thank you for your warm welcome and your kindness 🤗

Family running the business lives there too which was a comfort factor for us. Most travellers likely prefer total quiet. But for city folks like us, the little bit of activity and sounds was another comfort factor for us, cos it means people are within reach; live is happening as we snooze. Eg. Those who travel amid work stay there (I assume that’s what’s happening as the person we saw had visibility vest on as he went in and out of his room).

Exposed-brick walls. But this is NOT a deal-breaker. Smoker smoking in front of own room door. But I think we smelled the smoke only cos we didn’t realise the window was slid open in position slightly.

The rooms were clean, with plenty of power points (most times you are flat out trying to find them) and hot water galore. Staff made the bed every day and replenished tea bags, coffee etc. building looks a bit shabby on the outside but the rooms are anything but

Parking was hit and miss at times as there is no dedicated parking per room. Might be different at the back of the complex but we were located at the front. Parked on the street if none available near our room

The Tudor (Name soon to change I believe) has been renovated recently and is clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom had easy access to soaps and conditioner. The heating was a quiet Split system unit in a main room that had plenty of bench space for luggage and work space for my laptop. The Motel is close to the RSL which was great for dinner and a beer.

I thought the price was a bit steep for the quality compared to other Motels I have used of a similar age.

Unit 3 was completely renovated and very pleasant..everything was in good condition

Loved having a toaster but not that there weren't any utensils? The bed was horrendously hard and uncomfortable Didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door 15mins before departure time asking if I was leaving...it interrupted my departure routine, and they already knew I was leaving..

Room was lovely and clean and new , everything needed was provided.

Bed was a little hard and the only thing l was not happy with was the car park. We had to park out in the street as the car park was small and a large truck was parked in the front area parking area and left little room to manoeuvre the car . So did sleep well as l worried about the car on the street.

Lovely n quiet.. central location.. very clean n cosy.. n bed was very comfortable.. n the Gentleman that booked me in was easy to talk to &..was very well spoken n friendly.. was happy with my nite stay n would recommend to many others to try the Tudor House Motel..

I haven't any negative come back.. as I.we're more than happy with my stay.. NO complaints from me.

The room was spacious enough that we did not feel cramped. Everything was easily found once I arrived. Amenities in the room were clean and user friendly for all ages. The room supplied a toaster microwave and kettle. This is handy when you have a young son who likes warm drinks and breakfast first thing when he wakes. The parking on site is good and easily accessible. Overall a good spot and close enough to the town centre without being in the town centre.

The cleanliness and the room smelt very pleasant

That cleaning staff were standing at the room at 2 minutes past 10am with all there cleaning products waiting to get access. Although we were packing the last of our items in the car and we were ready to go, It made us feel awkward and rushed, with staff hanging around waiting.

Very clean. A little tired decor but all the facilities you really needed. Location was just on the Main Street and within easy walking distance to all the shops. Obliging staff as I did not want UHT milk so was supplied with fresh milk without any problems. WiFi was fine. Breakfast was just a continental and adequate for the $8 charge, delivered on time and ample food. Met our expectations for the price and for one or two night stay you would be happy with everything. Bonus was a face washer which you rarely get these days. Good value for your money.

I would have liked wine glasses as well as water glasses. The refrigerator unfortunately was a little too cold and froze our fresh milk. The breakfast of two pieces of toast came with only one butter and one spread but I love my butter and wanted more but probably would have been fine for most people. Air conditioner was preset to a certain temperature. These are not really complaints just a little pickiness and the facilities were fine for what we paid and in these times of economical hardship with COVID lockdowns any money saving measures is totally reasonable.
