Comfort Inn Warrnambool International

These rooms exceeded my expectations. I was travelling for work and they were clean, spacious, had everything i needed, a comfy bed and was walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops. I was alone, and i still felt safe.

It was really windy the 2 nights i stayed- even an earthquake! I didnt notice the earthquake but the wind flapping the rubbish bags outside kept waking me- (the noise of rustling plastic) and the exhaust fan even when turned off catches wind and also makes a noise. Other than that i had a great stay.

Hands down the best accommodation we have had as a family ever! All boxes were ticked - extremely friendly, reasonably priced (great value for money), extremely comfortable, extremely clean. Very spacious- our family of 6 was very happy. Additional bedding, including an extra pillow for each guest, toiletries, amenities, TV, aircons, heated blankets, TV, lovely little complimentary items - there was nothing to fault, plus FREE laundry for guest use and FREE gym/swimming use to 'Aquazone' for all guests! Brilliant menu for room service offered too- although we didn't use it as had our own food.

We had a queen bed, and two single beds for our children. The bathroom was enormous and had a spa bath, which the kids were glad to use as they don’t like showers. We checked in late with a code for a security box which only released our specific room keys. Other hotel late check-ins are not as secure as this! It’s only one block from the Main Street in town.

We heard other guests coming and going early in the morning, the noise was hard to avoid since all rooms are right next to the car park. The bathroom floor tiles were very slippery, even when dry, and worse when wet. The shower entry and towel rack were very low, my husband knocked his head on both a number of times.

The rooms were very clean and and well set out. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. The only thing I could suggest is that staff periodically check that all equipment is in good working condition.

There only thing I didn't like was the rooms I booked were not close together. One was upstairs and the other two were downstairs and several rooms apart. I am 66 years old and found going up and down the stairs very uncomfortable.

The reception team were absolutely beautiful and so welcoming. From the moment I walked in the front door, I felt beyond comfortable and welcomed. The Team were also very accomodating The room had a beautiful scent with amenities provided and very comfortable and clean.

I honestly couldn’t fault this property *other than not having a pen in the room so I couldn’t leave feedback on the form for the staff - but I also usually have a pen as well which I didn’t for once*

Family spa executive room. Was very spacious, clean and tidy. Beds were good. Bathroom was functional and one of the cleanest I seen in a while. Our stay was quiet with minimal noise despite being full. We travelled for a sporting event and it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely return

Minimal complaint. The electric blankets not plugged in and to get to a power point would have had to move furniture so just didn’t bother.

The bed was comfortable. The wifi was very fast, most of the time. The TV gave access to free-to-air and streaming channels, most of the time. The air conditioner kept the room warm. Electric blankets. Microwave oven. I like being able to park in front of the unit. The staff allowed us to stay an extra night when I became ill.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and is very noisy. There is no heating in the bathroom, so it gets pretty cold with the fan on.

Location was great, was very quiet even though close to the main street. Requested a ground floor room as my wife has had a hip replacement and there was no trouble arranging it. Parking was great, with two entries/exits onto 2 different streets. Shower was excellent with good pressure.

Wi fi was a bit slow at times and sometimes dropped out. Ended up using phone data.

Great shower and easy to adjust the temperature. Hand towel supplied. Large room. Toaster and microwave came in handy. Comfortable bed. Great location. Easy walking distance to shopping. Loved the Plantation Shutters.

We couldn't open the window. Would have liked to have had housekeeping on at least one day of our stay. No grab rails in the bathroom

Nice room, beautifully clean and well-equipped. Good, quiet location.

On arrival - despite our request at time of booking, to which we received a confirmation- we were given an upstairs room. Luckily, we arrived in time for this switch to be possible but was unsettling as an upstairs room is out of the question for one of us. Had all downstairs rooms been occupied at the time of our arrival, I am unsure what would have happened. The handbasin was very high and tooth brushing difficult. Also, the bed squeaks all the time - sounds like a family of budgies is trapped inside it!
