Excellent beds and breakfast; spotless, quiet when not facing the road; modern building. Good wi-fi, well appointed.

The shower drain was clogged and while taking a shower, the bathroom flooded. Had to wipe the floor to prevent the bedroom floor from getting flooded too. Thus, my husband was not able to take a shower. When making the front desk aware of this problem, the response was a lukewarm "I'm sorry". The location is removed from dining options, parking is Euro 16.00 per night and you need to take a bus or drive to get to the center. The road in front of the hotel is loud.

Very comfortable bed, great shower, working air conditioning, plenty of electric sockets, big enough desk, helpful front desk staff, decent breakfast, and hospital campus within walking distance. Bus stop nearby. Decent enough for one night, but would say go for something in the city if you prefer a less deserted neighborhood.

Room wasn't too quiet (3rd floor), bathroom heater was turned on despite +30 C outside (AC was fine though), the self-check-in station machine couldn't complete the process and check-in had to be repeated with the front desk worker. One narrow window in the room. Very... peculiar decor. Hardly any shops in the vicinity.

Location was good, close to the nearby bus station, which takes you directly to city centre or to the Arena. Parking was available when we arrived, no reservation needed. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. Staff was OK.

We booked 2 rooms with same characteristics but received one bigger and one smaller room (cca. 5m2 difference). The staff at the check-in counter was visibly sick, coughing which was not a good first impression.

We were staying there for New Year´s Eve and it was a pleasent stay. Great of one night stays or even for some business trips. Breakfast was wonderful and actually exceeded our expectation. Overall the room was great with great Bathroom and comfy bed.

The only thing that was a bit worse was the Location which is a bit far from the city centre (around 30 minutes of walking approx). But the walking is still fine and you can actually take the bus if its needed.

The hotel is wonderful! The staff are kind and helpful. Everything is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The room is big enough, and there is a small fridge, and a safe in the wardrobe. The internet worked perfectly. Breakfast (€16) was excellent, with very diverse food and beverage. If you stay there during the weekend, the parking in the streets nearby is free (from Saturday 12p.m. to Monday morning)

The cleanliness is 10/10, there is dallmayr espresso machine, small fridge, handheld device to control the room (a tablet), safe, and spacious bathroom, it was really a great price value! The only thing is that the Air Con was a bit loud and it did not seem to generate cool air (staying in early August where it is quite warm). Also I did not find any wifi info in the room (forgot to ask upon check in). I might miss it but if it is not there, probably good idea to provide as nowadays it is essential to stay connected.

Everything was fine, just the Aircon as mentioned above but not a big deal at all.

Staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. All of the staff we come across spoke excellent English, which was great. We loved the layout of the hotel, for example an easy access to the underground parking from were we had our room.

We would welcome a bit more of a complementary coffee pods for the coffee machine we had in our room.

Staff is not the friendlier we have encountered so far Smile is never too be seen on their face, a formal greeting was enough Before the check out we moved bikes outsides just to clear the reception for other customers and they yelled at us thinking we were running away not paying breakfast...😅

The room and bed were clean. The berakfast menu was OK, with enough choices. Tablet in room is nice feature - can be used for internet surfing as well.

There was a little confusion at reception desk during check in since the booking was done for my spouse´s name. Paying extra 16 euro/day for parking in the hotel´s parking garage seems too much.

We cancelled the room cleaning service from the tablet since we only stayed 2 nights and we thought we don't need it and said lets save some resources. However even if we cancelled the cleaning still happened, meaning no one was checking the system. Also the bed had wheels and blocking them didn't work and sometimes during the night they would roll when turning in bed. Also we requested a king bed instead of 2 small split ones and we still got 2 smaller split ones
