All was clean,fresh and nice. Very comfortable with good location. Apartaments is very close to Zoo what was our purpose for staying in Vienna

The room was spacious and bright. The beds were more comfortable that what we have at home. The location was good that there were many buses and trams near by taking us to the city center. Two big supermarkets were right in the building. The in room washer was a big plus too. They were also able to provide a microwave upon request that helped a lot with meal prep.

There were only one light clean (pick up trash) on the 3rd day and one full clean up (change bed sheet and towel) on the 5th day during our 9 nights stay. We would be totally fine without any full cleanup but it would be helpful if the trash could be collected more frequently. Or if additional trash bags can be provided, we would be happy to bring the trash to designated place.

Apartment had everything I needed. Very functional and well laid out. Super comfortable bed and very quiet. Fantastic view of the city. Staff at reception were very helpful. Supermarket near entrance was very convenient, but beware of opening times.

I arrived just as the supermarket was about to close. Luckily I was able to buy a few essentials for dinner/breakfast thanks to the guy on reception telling me. However, It would be good to have the option of a 'breakfast basket' provided, in case you arrive after the shop is closed.

Great space for 1-7 days visits, apartment have everything you need, no surprises (what you see on the photos it will be there, all apartments have standardized things). Heating regulation system is not responding as I expected, however there are people who will make sure it is up to the standard. Still, it seams to be a bit underestimated from hvac designer. Recommended

Overpriced parking, I am not the first one to mention it. On the other hand it is a politic of the company and I am respecting it. There is limited number of paid parking slots, but there is quite some number of free parking slots on the nearby street (in front of hotel), so something for everybody's choice.

Very good! The rooms are an absolute WOW. Rotating TV, Electric window rollers.. the whole building is like a hotel, but the best thing is that you also have a kitchen in the room so great! Tram station is 5 min walking from the Place and it takes 15-20 min to the city center (Karlplatz). Not sooo close but I would still give a really good Rate because the rooms are reeally comf. Literally we were excited about coming back to rooms when coming from the city!

On the first- all is cleaan. But when I looked better, Toilets could be cleaned better- i did not seat on the toiled because I thought it wasn’t cleaned propperly. But all other really good

Location outside the busy centre of Vienna, alot of parking spaces. They have four plug & charge type 2 charging stations, no RFID card required but you need your own cable. The apartments have a lot of storage solutions for those on longer stays. Two supermarkets on the groundfloor of the building.

It can get crowded in the evening because of the supermarkets and the restaurant which is also in the building, south side apartments on the third floor have their windows facing directly to a terrace. The garbage room is outside the building in the parking of one of the supermarkets while the garbage bins in the kitchen and bathroom are tiny, service is every four days, so you’ll do the trip a few times.

Everything.The apartment was great, lots of space, huge beds, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, fantastic view from 6th floor, quiet.Ground floor has Billa and Hofer with everything that you need.First floor you have sushi restaurant with all you can eat menu, parking is in front of the hotel, around the hotel you have 3-4 different lines to center of the city, tram, bus and than with Ubahn everywhere yo6 want.Check in is very simple, user friendly.Impresions are great, definately will come again!

Nothing at all!

We stayed in the superior plus apartment and it was fantastic. The apartment looked as in the photos, was very clean and had everything we needed. Moreover, the owner thought of the smallest things a short stay traveler might need on arrival (tea, coffee caps, sugar, salt, dishwasher tabs...). The location is further from the center but in our case being close to the highway was a plus. Very easy and clear self check-in process. And I should note the amazing view to Vienna city from the window.

Nothing really. We arrived very late and the building entrance looked a bit scary and unwelcoming, but likely it was just us being too tired.

We reserved a classic apartment for 2 and an executive for 4 (2 adults+2kids). Both apartments had beautiful furniture, they were perfectly clean and very spacy. Executive apartments has a magnificent panoramic view to the city and nearby hills. The place is 5 mins walk to public transport (trams and buses to the center). And we loved the all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on the ground floor!

The other bed was slightly narrow for two children (10 and 13 yo) but it's perfectly fine for smaller kids. We could use a microwave oven in the kitchen (there was an electric oven and stove though), but it was also not a big issue.

The apartment was modern, clean and sufficient for a short stay. The price was also reasonable (but you are in Favoriten which is on the outskirts of Vienna city).

The check in process put a damper on the stay. When I booked the place I was under the impression there was somebody on the reception until 23:00h. I got an email for a self checkin at 15:00. I was travelling at the time and did not see it until we arrived to the place. There was nobody at the reception at 20:00h. I called the help line. It turned out you had to swipe your credit card to enter the premises. The machine to register the room key was not working. I had to call the Help line again. The problem was with the internet so I had the instructions to reset the machine. It took us half an hour standing in the hallway to make a self checkin. Truly an awful experience. The area is also not great. Quite far from the city centre and not much around.
