Friendly and helpful staff sanitised and clean surfaces, lovely bar/restaurant to sit in and relax, good breakfasts. Spacious, clean modern building in a very quiet area with indoor and outdoor carparks. Indoir carpark and bicycle store/hire under one roof in lovely modern build block. Holiday apartments in another modern block on the same complex in a leafy green parkland area over one mile away from the town, and just adjacent to a canal, across the road from a modern industrial park. Whole area quiet and peaceful. Regular (every 20 mins approx) bus service - no. 5 bus - to town. Above all. what makes this place special is the helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff.

It's a bit far from town, so you have to rely on the bus. Great if you're cycling, though, as there is cycle hire on site. If you don't intend to cycle, or you don't have a car,, you cannot stay around town too late, as the last bus back to the hotel is at around 8pm from town. So it means you can't get to experience Bruges at night or eat out there. I would have liked a bigger rubber bath mat in the walk-in shower, as one mat doesn't cover the whole walk-on area when you are exiting the shower - thie surface very shiny and un- textured. Also, there were too many shampoo bottles and only one shower gel bottle every day after the room cleaning was done. There was never enough shower gel!

Really helpful staff in reception and bar/restaurant. The hotel is modern and clean. Food in restaurant was delicious.

A bit too far from centre of Bruges about a half an hour walk and difficult to get taxis.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel (3 nights during Christmas). All staffs working in this hotel seem to have a customer oriented mindset (they really care about treating you well, about exceeding the customer’s expectation). Started from the check-in with Mr. Benoit who received us with a nice smile, provided us a free extra bed for our child and guided us with good tips for sightseeing (parking, eating, shopping, etc.). A special remark as well for the waiter Mr. Gijs, who was the one that served us during Christmas dinner (pro-active and eye for details, always smiling and kind). Frankly speaking, their hospitality was outstanding and we absolutely loved out stay. Will definitely return to the same Hotel in the next time to Bruges. Extra comments: parking area in the Hotel (5 euros/day) with electrical car charging spots. Hotel distance from the city center approx. 7 min by car. Excellent breakfast.

All perfect!

- Check in is quick and informative - The room is fresh and quite new, comfort bed, good internet signal. Hot shower is great and stable temperature. - Hotel offers free parking, and secured parking which is only 5 Euros per night. That’s really good offer comparing to where I live and have experiences with parking charge before. - Location is in very quiet area, around 35 mins by foot to city center. We love exploring the new city by walking, so no problem for us to walk. However, if you want to go faster, hotel has bikes for rent. - Breakfast with good choices : not too much, not too less, not too fancy.

- The shower floor is quite slippery, make sure you use the anti-slip bath mat which is prepared in the closet. - No bath amenities in our room, it’s just an empty black tray on the sink. Even it doesn’t bother us coz we bring our specific shower products. Just wonder what the certified sign is for, and if somebody really inspects the room before hanging the Certified sign.

The hotel was a real gem. The rooms were absolutely spotless with a high end finish. The restaurant and bar area was lovely for evening dinner and then relaxing on the terrace. Oh, the breakfast was also amazing with a wonderful selection of foods to start your day. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had cycles for hire at very reasonable rates. Also it's only about 30 mins walk into Brugge itself. It's definitely worth a visit. It's 4/5 stars from ourselves 😎👍

Nothing really, our stay was lovely 👍😎

We liked the decoration since it is based on cycling and my husband is a fan. Breakfast was great too and the gym was pretty complete for how small it is. Good parking.

The A/C wasn't working, the toilet is visible from the bed since the bathroom is behind a glass wall so there is no privacy. Bed was a bit hard and pillows weren't as comfortable as I'm used to. Some of the employees at the front desk weren't as nice when we asked for things such as fixing the A/C and other things.

The bicycle theme which i didnt even grasp from the name, before arriving. The receptionist at check-in was amazing! He gave us a map and told us what to see (recommendations for best beer and chocolate) gave us a walking route and told us about 2 parking garages in the center where we could park, warned us about not eating at the market because its expensive and answered any questions we had after his introduction to Brugge. A picture of Freddy Mercury in the bathroom with a bicycle-related quote (one of my favourite musicians) That they put balloons in the room even though i only ordered flowers. (Bonus food recommendation for breakfast/Brunch: "That's Toast" in the city centre)

Honestly, nothing. It was great. I was too stupid to use the coffee machine in the room, so maybe write some instructions for people like me :)

A very nice hotel, great breakfast, large rooms, extra large bed, room was very clean.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom had glass walls. Even if you used the curtain to have intimacy while using the bathroom, the mirror was placed in such a way you could see someone standing on the wc. Also, the door was a sliding window, which didn't prevent noise from the bathroom to stay inside. They should pay more attention to this kind of details.

Very nice reception staff. Quiet area had a good night sleep. Located next to a nice park. Free parking outside pending availability. There is also a large garage. Supermarkets near by if you need something. Had a nice stay here.

Room was a bit dated compared to pictures, but good clean and comfy. Getting to city center you need to walk 10-15min to a bus station and then the bus is not very frequent. We ended up enjoying the walk through the park and city, 30min or so.

- It is a pleasant stay here. During the check in, we are also provided with a paper with all the necessary details (e.g. Breakfast, lunch hour, how to get to the city by car or public transport or bicycle) - the hotel also has a little play ground for the kid, my daughter likes it very much. - the hotel has free parking space as well as paid parking lot which only needs 5 Euro per night. Very good for people who is driving there.

The hotel is famous for bicycle fans (10-15 mins to the city center). but, it is not easy to access via public transport. Also a bit further on foot.
