God location, very close to the old bridge, clean, spacious, well kept, modern facilities, staff....everything very nice.

They should take more care about Covid 19 : It looks that nobody takes care, guests and the staff as well. Nobody with a mask! The same goes for Mostar old town: very crowded, narrow space and no masks at all.

The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

There is not much not to like. Perhaps extremely hot weather (but the rooms do have a good AC). The restaurant is decent, but a bit on the expensive side.

Position of hotel over the hill just near Serbian Orthodox church it s amazing, you can get balcony with awesome view over Mostar panorama. Room are medium size, comfy bed, air conditiong working good and bathroom it s really design. Breakfast it s good and tasty, Ustipci are especially great and Balkan small dessert. Price is great deal especially now when Mostar is getting busy. Reception staff is helpful and friendly

Dont look too muvh in details, you ll be disappointed. Bathroom looks amazing but then after a while you ll feel stink from shower pipes... ( there s work during my stay you could hear with opened window) guess try to fix trouble. With closed window muvh better. If you coming here for spa, dont... i mean it could be great or was, but now is kind of run down, for example shower near pool, one turkish bath is not working, and gym facilities are almost all out of order, you can use free weights if you re gymholic... Staff is ok even if not always so joyfull ... anyway you re not in Us and sometimes you csn expect Balkan service from servers and cleaning ladies, when you know it s hard to find hotel staff in this moment you can apologize.

Lovely hotel and Spa staff. Recommend a visit to the spa area. Massage performed by certified physiotherapists. Hotel guests receives a 10-20% discount. The hotel is modern, clean and in a good location close to the old town ( the climb back to the hotel could be problem for people with walking difficulties). Also do not miss to order the domestic ( Turkish) coffee at the hotel. Far better than what I was served in the old town. Wi-Fi worked fine and the hotel provides free parking.

Noice from the old town music bars late at night if you have rooms facing the town. Did not bother me, though.

The receptionists were very polite and helpful.. They made us a free upgrade without asking them to keep our rooms close to each other a king suite and a single room.. They tried to make our stay as much comfortable as possible.. The room and the suite were comfortable spacious and clean. The restaurant served good food with good prices. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and helpful.

The parking is located on a steep slope so be carful when taking your bags out. There were multiple of restrictions (kettle, iron, washing..) There was no shataf in the bathroom. we didnt know how to use the shower, even after calling the house keeper it wasnt working properly at least in room 407. There was no kettle in the room nor any complementaries like tea or coffee(I think if we have asked they would of given us some) we asked for hot water they served it in a thermos which have met our needs.

We liked having breakfast available and a restaurant on site. It was great to be able to book a massage too. Although the hotel is not huge, it felt like you were staying at a large hotel chain. They have everything you need and staff are especially lovely in the restaurant.

The hotel is located on a hill which can be tiring to walk to. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues, unless you get a taxi.

The hotel is in a great location, up the hill from the river. The room was spacious and clean with a good hot shower and large balcony overlooking the church. I had a great Medic massage and really enjoyed the spa. The breakfast was great too

The gym is sparse, not even having a mat for Ab work or cold water to drink. I found the pool cold - just small points

I only stayed for 1 night, but had a great experience. We arrived early and the staff arranged for an early check in, so we could immediately get to our rooms. Rooms were as you would expect from a nice hotel. Maybe a bit on the small side, but since I was alone it was not an issue. Normally I do not eat breakfast, but since I had a travel day ahead, I went and got it. Nice selection of foods, something for all types of food preferences. It did not disappoint. Most memorable for me, is the service provided by the staff. I lost/forgot a photo memory card and the hotel staff located it and has reached out to me to get it delivered back to me at no charge. I'm so grateful that I did not loose the pictures I took during this trip.

The walk from the bus station to the hotel was a bit challenging. I did not count on having to haul my luggage up a steep hill to the hotel. Just as a pointer for future travelers. In the end you get great views and if you travel light it should not be a problem.

The staff was great, they were really polite and helped us with everything we needed. The room is nice and clean, as well as the whole hotel. Breakfast is also nice.

We had a problem with safe, it didn't work, but the hotel staff fixed it a little so it works but signals an error, so we didn't use it. Also, the TV didn't work, it didn't have any channels. Bathroom is really nice but the shower works strange so we needed an hour to realize how it works.

Location is perfect, nice breakfast, room was sizable and clean, with very comfortable beds.

Staff should be more friendly especially at the reception. No help with luggage, as well as no stroller / rack available to carry big bags. I was chased by the receptionist in the parking lot, requesting a payment for two itens consumed in the minibar which I didn't. In the end, I had to visit the room with her to show the itens were still there in the minibar, but the housekeeper didnt see them.
