Excellent, I would recommend staying there

Nice hotel located very close to the old centre, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is nice and ready to help. The hotel kindly did not charge me for one of the nights which I missed due to missing a plane connection. Very good breakfast.

My room was at the top floor and only had one small window, whose blinds I couldn't lift, so I was not getting any natural light in. There was no water bottles in the room when I arrived. Otherwise everything was fine.

The staffs at front desk are so friendly , nice and helpful on both day and night shifts, the room is arranged so comfortable to make you feel so much at your home. The value is attractive too. By the way, the restaurant downstairs are serving a good portion of meal considering it’s price, and the staffs are nice too. Definitely I highly recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart.

Hi,it would take a while to dig out an answer.I simply can’t create an answer. Given the location, price, details of the room, I can’t complain. That being said, its better to give a basic telephone directory in the room, and the taste of the food may be even better if to be added more diversity.

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Sarajevo centre. The staff at the reception are extremely helpful and always smiling and ready to assist! The breakfast has a good selection to fill you up for the day.

Being at the centre of life comes with an extra noise from bars located nearby. Also, you need to put a reminder to make up your room - otherwise you will not get your towels changes. An extra surprise was a lack of a shampoo - instead of having 4 body lotions :) But all of this happens - we are just humans.

The Hotel is ideally suited for exploring the town. The breakfast is simple but adequate. I am a coffee snob so the filter coffee sitting around for a time just doesnt cut it! Access to the airport via taxi is easy and cheap. Level walk to the old medina where there is plenty od optiins for food and watching the world pass by.

The hotel has a couple of very popualr bars opposite, great if you are up for a late night, not so if you want the windows open rather than the aircon on.

The room was extremely spacious. The bathroom itself was huge and the shower had strong hot water. The people at the front desk were very helpful and gave me all the information needed.

There was some yellowing on the water when opening the toilet seat. I'm assuming it wasn't flushed from the last guest that stayed, yet it had the paper note wrapped around it which supposedly says that it's been cleaned.

Breakfast, location and beds were all great! Staff really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The common areas of the hotel were smelly due to smoking being allowed in the building (however the room did not have that smell, but the bathroom water did have a rather strange smell - not a big problem though!)

Very good, basic hotel located in the heart of Sarajevo. Staff was very friendly and rooms were well cleaned. Breakfast was sufficiently good.

Hotel reception area is very small so when you need to wait for someone, there are not many options particularly when the weather does not allow to seat outside.

They have good breakfast The location is perfect; 3-5min walking far from the old city center, and 10-15min far from the museum and the shopping center One proble is that there's no free parking, the parking costs 12.5€ I would recommend it for short staying

Great location, great breakfast, great value for money . Comfortable modern room.

Street noise in the form of loud music from neighbouring pubs which may not be an issue for rooms in other parts of the hotel but it would not prevent me from returning to this hotel
