Location is great. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Soundproofing could be better.

Room facilities are nice and clean. The indoor shower tub is a big plus as I felt so relaxed bathing in it after a long day of walking around Sarajevo for sightseeing. The staff were even nice enough to leave a hand-written note, as well as some snacks and chocolates. Breakfast is also top notch with hams, freshly fried eggs (over easy and scrambled), and freshly made orange juice. Reception also helped me with a power adapter issue at night by providing a charger. Overall a fantastic stay.

Nice and modern hotel, pretty central, cozy room in the 6th floor with a nice garden view, nice and comfortable furnishing, very nice city view from the terrace right in front of the door in the 6th floor, comfortable bed, very nice bathtub, very good breakfast, pizza delivery directly to the room from a nearby pizza store!

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, although it says so on booking.com! But was no problem to order food from a nearby delivery restaurant... Shower is slippery, double-bed had no kingsize mattress (but only two slim mattresses put together), no Smart-TV...

Very Large and spacious room. Large and spacious room. The room was very well equipped. The hotel is located in a small and quiet street near the center. My room was to the backside of the hotel and very quiet. Good soundproofing inside and outside. Large bathroom with good shower and hood quality towels and even a bidet. Large and very comfortable bed with good quality bedding and various pillows Good lighting. Everything very clean. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with various types of coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juice in a nice and comfortable breakfast room. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was exceptionally good...squeeze your own orange juice, vast choice of hot and cold options. The lady working in there was very pleasant and was forever replenishing. The staff were amazing. We suffered an unfortunate incident whilst in Sarajevo and the staff on reception Marina,and the lovely gentleman let us use the hotel phone for free. They could not have been more helpful and we will always be grateful. The room was fabulous, spacious and comfortable with an amazing bathroom. Great place to stay!!!!!!

This was an absolutely fantastic hotel and the photos do not do it justice. The room was massive and the bed could have fit 4 people! The bathroom was amazing and the attention to detail was perfect. Breakfast was also very very good. I can’t fault anything the hotel at all - maybe it would be nice if it had a bar. It’s a 20 minute walk to the old town but it’s a straight road and didn’t bother us at all. All in all a wonderful stay 10/10!! If I ever go to Sarajevo ago I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Helpful and friendly staff, even came out to check that we had been able to park in the car park. Breakfast was amazing with fresh food arriving all the time and a wonderful fresh orange juice machine. The location was good both for the old town and also for good restaurants.

Bigger car park - it was a bit tight but not a problem. The coffee machine in the dining room was a bit complicated and most of the people I saw in there needed a bit of help. Maybe it would be better to serve the coffee/tea as I am sure as much time was spent by the staff helping as it would to prepare the drinks.

This hotel was excellent; it was just a short walk to the pedestrian street. We were given an upgrade, the room was huge and we had a balcony. Breakfast was in the basement and there was a huge variety. The staff at the hotel were excellent and arranged a taxi for us to the airport very early in the morning. We would definitely go back to this hotel

During my second stay in this hotel, we had a handwritten welcome note in the room. The attention to detail was great, such as providing Evian water in the room or freshly pressed orange juice at breakfast. We had a late afternoon flight, so we needed a late checkout, which the staff could provide seamlessly. After staying in around 100 hotels via Booking.com, this was among the best experiences. You can notice that the hotel team like their jobs, can make independent decisions for the benefit of the clients, and come to work with a smile.

We had superior room which was excellent, big, comfortable and luxurious. The staff is very helpful and nice, always with a smile on their faces. Breakfast is excellent, you have a lot of choices including traditional Bosnian food. I’m familiar with standards in Bosnia, this hotel is not only top notch for Bosnia, but also according to international standards!

The hotel should update pictures on Booking.com, because it’s actually more beautiful in reality than on those photos.
