Clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, very nice breakfast buffet, two balconies with enough natural light

A bit old tv, which did not have internet access. There was one used shampoo bottle in the trash bin in the bathroom, when we entered the room.

Beds are confortable, the check-in is fast and well done (pre-check on line) the breakfast is good. I had a quiet room as well.

The rooms, even confortable, are a bit old fashion. A bit expensive but i guess i was there during an event in Sao Paulo.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, no traffic noise (and São Paulo has lots of traffic!) An excellent breakfast is served in a pleasant space with an open courtyard and the sound of flowing water from a fountain. Very close to US Consulate, and a short ride via Uber or 99 to Morumbi Shopping.

all the staffs are very friendly, nice breakfast, clean room and environment. I book this hotel again when I back to Sao Paulo after my road trip. very recommended hotel.

I use the sauna in the morning, the turn on button is locked, always need to go down lobby to tell the receptionist to get someone to open it.

Location is very Good, plenty of restaurants and shopping malls around. It is quiet enough for resting and well located to enjoy the city.

At the first night there was a problem with the elevators and they didn't call my room to inform, so I waited for the elevator about 10 minutes when I decided to walk down using the stairs and discovered that the elevators were out of work. And wifi connection was not very good during the first 2 days of my stay.

The room is spacious and has everything you need. If it doesn't the staff is very accommodating and will get it for you if it is available. The bed is comfortable and offers a good night sleep. The breakfast is very nice, great variety of hot and cold selections and well protected for the COVID-19 guidelines. The location is great, very near shopping, restaurants, the US Embassy.

The couch in the room needs to be updated. It's like sitting on the floor.

Excellent hotel! The room was extremely clean, comfortable and beautiful. Fantastic Hot shower. Excellent breakfast with variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt, omelets, different kind of bread and cheese . Costumer service plus, everyone were really nice and helpful. Excellent choice ! Indeed We will be back ! Thank you!

The access to the places i needed to go. Easy access to Marginal Pinheiros Close to Malls and Facilities

The breakfast was slow due to the COVID. One staff to serve people, in a full hotel it would not work. Missing power outlets. Needed to get phone far from bad. Bed that moves all when someone moves at night.

Breakfast was amazing , staff was excellent very kinda and helpful . Really I would stay there again no doubt :)

Internet has to be improved in my room I couldn’t reach the signal from the bed only beside the door or balcony . And aswel the card system I had to change my card to open the door both days coz it wouldn’t open !

I liked the swim pool and the view of the room and the breakfast. I stayed a short time but I could relax and enjoy the hotel. The stay in a good location.

I don't have any items that I disliked.
