Room is clean and comfortable. Good bed and warm water on shower. Quiet location, no noises from streets. Very near to hotel are some good restaurants to have lunch or dinner. Near-by, few minutes walking distance, is small Carrefour store shop for easy shopping of goods.

Room size could be bigger, however it was ok. Distance to Guarulhos International airport is quite a long (30km), by car about +1 hour at no rush hour, but could be 2-3 hours during rush hours. São Paulo Congonhas airport is near by (5km).

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to most of my meetings. Additionally, it was good value for money overall. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

For me it was mostly the lack of options for vegetarians at the restaurant. Breakfast was very basic, but that's understandable. I basically had scrambled eggs everyday for my stay there.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The reception desk staff was super friendly.

The hotel could upgrade the room furniture and make power outlets available by the head of the bed, so I would not have to choose between the lamp and my phone charger. Besides that, it was all great.

king bed very comfortable, staff super helpful, location is great, room is spacious, work desk is good size, amazing shower pressure.

bathroom a bit outdated, but everything works fine. not sound proof, so you can hear noise from other people walking to their rooms and opening/closing the doors. internet is spotty, i was able to work but it was not super fast.

The location is very convenient, right next to Marginal Pinheiros and other main roads. Morumbi Shopping is pretty close and there's many options for food around. The breakfast was very good, exceeded my COVID expectations - all items are individually sealed and tables are far from each other. The staff was amazing, especially the parking and security folks! One of the few hotels I found that included free parking with Valet service.

The room I was in was a bit outdated, I'm not sure if I got an older room or if they just need a renovation. It smelled a bit funky, but I believe it was from the products used to disinfect the room for COVID procedures. WIFI also failed on me on different occasions.

everything was good! the room is nice. they also have a restaurant so you could make a room order. nice breakfast.

it is very cold in rooms. really. the room keys sometimes works badly.

The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy and blew directly over the bed - control quite complicated to figure out.

Breakfast is really delicious. Room is comfortable and clean. To sum up, I do liked it.

The only one was the Parking elevator broken cuz I had to go down and up with my bags
