Hotel Bansko SPA & Holidays - Free Parking

Accommodation was pleasant. Room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good. Bar and lobby were perfect, amazing drinks and pizza.

Pool, jacuzzi and spa needs more maintenance and should be cleaner

The spa is great, swimming pool warm, sauna and steam room nice and hot. Nice to unwind at end of day. Amazing breakfast, hot food, cold food, cereal, bread and jams, everything you can think of and lots of coffee. Sets you up for the day. Overall the room, spa and breakfast was good value. We were there in the summer. There's enough to do for a week if you explore the villages around too and go on the narrow gauge railway, an experience not to be missed.

The hotel needs updating, the decor is a bit worn and lots of brown. However no worries it's a good base for Bansko.

It used to be a great hotel. It's not maintained properly and needs reconstruction. The food was delicious and tasty. I indicated in my booking that I needed parking, but the second day the parking was full. I asked the reception and he provided us with another free parking at the back of the hotel. Thanks!

The room wasn't cleaned ( I saw spider nets and hair in the bathroom). The sauna was operating the first day, but the second day it wasn't heated. Only the steam bath functioned.

Room was very clean, breakfast was great. Spa center is ok, and I liked the warm water in the pool the most.

We had breakfast included in price, so we payed for all you can eat type of dinner at the hotel almost every night. The waitress kept coming to our table and take the food away from it, even if we weren't finished. So we had to get up and get some more. Hated that

Welcoming and honest 5 stars staff, decent prices at the restaurant and lobby bar. Small pet free of charge policy, which stands for civilization. Free parking on the facilities and nice inner yard for relaxation.

The old man from the reception should think of retirement. After he saw that we are Macedonians, he was so unkind and all the time with despising talking. Other things are fine, breakfast is so good, as dinner too, the swimming pool is on a different floor from the sauna. The kids' playroom is great and the staff of the restaurant and lobby is so kind!

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel and the prices are good. It is not so close to the center of Bansko, but was ok for walking. Also, the parking is big and free for the guests.

Only one, really small elevator. You should wait too long when it comes time for breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi water was too hot. You can not swim in that pool!

The hotel was in excellent location, about a 20 min walk to the gondola/ strip and for skiing there was a shuttle bus to take. The hotel was spacious, there were many things to keep us busy like the Spa, the pool, jacuzzi and the lobby was lively and busy. The hotel dealt with our needs perfectly and quickly. We had a wonderful time and made some fantastic memories. Breakfast was good the price we paid, there was a fair selection. Extra credit to the reception lady who always met us with a smile and solved all our problems quickly.

The main courses were not the best but it was very easy to get food elsewhere.

The reviews of this hotel were not that good so we started with low expectations. Well this is not Kempinski, the pool was cold, but clean, there are 2 saunas and a steam bath the basics for acceptable SPA are covered. Room size was good, cleanliness OK. Food and service were somewhere between good and OK. But, and this is important BUT, Hotel Bansko SPA is charging 30% of what Kempinski set in their 2022 pricelist

Everything could have been better, but then they have to charge 3 times more.
