5 star staff in a 3 star hotel! All of the employees are wonderful and helpful! The attached restaurant is also excellent - great food, reasonable prices, and wonderful employees! However, I never tried the breakfast because I am a night owl - I get to bed when other people wake up.

Smoking! Unfortunately, people are allowed to smoke on the fire escape. They don’t close the door, so the deadly, carcinogenic stench blows into the hallway frequently. Also, the door to the smoking section in the restaurant isn’t closed frequently, so the deadly, carcinogenic stench can sometimes be smelled in the restaurant. Come on Europe, quit smoking!

Staff, facilities, clean comfort beds, designs in the rooms. Restaurant. Location. Access to metro 10 minute walk. Trams and buses are regularly running into the city centre. This was our 3rd stay, If you are driving to the airport from the hotel, 20-minute drive. Rush hour is 06:30 - 09:00hrs. 45 minutes. We will return.

Not a fan of the type of pillows. Think they are foam bits. Bed headboard came off the wall when we moved the twin beds slightly. This was not a problem. Didn't affect our 3rd stay at the hotel. Reported the headboard to reception. Car parking is limited.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean, and our room was clean and comfy. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. The selection was good, the food was nice and was value for money. The dining room waiter was very helpful and very polite. We have stopped before and we had breakfast on that occasion. Very good, but manic. One member of staff doing evening. This visit we were up very early to go to the airport. Reception night staff called our room at the time agreed. Room designs are good.

Getting to the hotel by car is a bit tricky. Parking is tight in front of the hotel, but it's OK. My bed pillow was not good. It was a pillow that had foam bits in rather than once piece foam.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly at all times. It was very helpful also to have the connection the hotel had with a brilliant taxi service

The breakfast was very disappointing. Bulgarian food is delicious but there was little sign of this in the breakfast. Even something as simple as the bread could have better - the bread rolls were tiny and tough. The location of the hotel iss awkward - obviously you cannot change this! But it would have been helpful if maps of city could be available to give guests an idea of where they actually are in relation to greater Sofia and also a guide to the city transport (bus and tram) system (which is actually very good!) so that guests could take advantage of it.

Nice hotel, 40 walk from the city center, parking in front of the hotel. Our room was nice and confortable. We had a fridge and air conditioning, complementary toiletries and clean towels. The breakfast was included and was simple but tasty.

The room ( 5th floor) was very dark, with all the blinds opened and ligths on. The bathroom was very small, with a walk-in shower that was next to the toilet. Also dark. Noisy at night, you could hear all the cars and motorcycles on the road adjecent to the hotel.

- the bed was very comfortable - the heating was working very good and you could adjust the temperature of the room with the remote - Gravity painting in the wall - you could pay 20 leva and you check out late at 18 o clock - The Staff are friendly. - it's clean.

Thin walls, you can hear people talking in the room next to you and vise versa. I hope the owner of this hotel will fix this problem in the future. other than that, everything is perfect.

The hotel staff were very very nice, In addition, it was my birthday, without telling them about it, I was surprised to find out that a bottle of wine was sent to me in the evening. An amazing gesture that really improved my stay at the hotel. ALSO It was a rainy day and one of the hotel employees (YORDAN) brought me his private umbrella for the day. Really good experience, I will definitely come back

LOCATION BIT FAR BUT STILL WORTH THAT

It was a last moment trip and I was very happy with the chose, I booked the hotel 12 hours before I land in Sofia and the price was to good for the location the services and at the last moment of chose. Thank you for everything.

It was about 54 minutes far from the center by walk but we can not change the location of the hotel, it is what it is.

The staff was really friendly. It is very safe I left some money by mistake on my desk it was still there after room service. Good amount of amenities. Overall I had a good stay also it has good connectivity to metro.

Not suitable for family or couple. The rooms were not sound proof you can hear the people talking loudly on corridor.

The room was spacious and very clean, it matched the photos. The breakfast was plenty. Most of the hotel crew was helpful. Parking was not private, but right outside the hotel, in a more secluded area, and it was free.

The plumbing was problematic. There was no cold water running from the bathroom sink (only extremely hot). And on our last day, there was no water at all, but as we were told, it was the same for the whole general area (so I guess it's not the hotel's fault).
