Family Hotel Dalis

The location. We got an apartment because of healthy requirements. No smoking environments. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning stuff is extremely helpful and connects with the management immediately when asked for help.

Proximity to a busy boulevard makes the noise unbearable. We have to keep the windows and doors closed all the time. The sewer pipes in entire neighborhood are old and smell bad. Internet was not reliable, but the stuff helped a lot to reboot the system. Guests and handymen smoke a lot and the smell is unbearable. It will be nice if the entire hotel is smoke free. One night we had a guest next door that smoked marihuana all night long. The hotel stuff is available on the phone only most of the time.

Having only arrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight, the reception was already closed. The number to call was clearly posted at the entrance and the lady was very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to enter the building and my room. Full 24/7 support! Furthermore, I had a wonderful large room with comfortable bed.

As I only stayed for a single night, I had little time to search for downsides. The only that presented itself was the lack of a power outlet at the bedside to charge my phone

Hotel Dalis is a small place but in a very nice neighborhood. It served perfectly my needs during the short vacation trip. The stuff is very helpful and nice. We keep in mind this place in our future travels.

Some of the guests smoke in the lobby and in their rooms.

Nice and friendly stuff that helps always when needed. They are not always in the hotel but are reachable by phone and respond immediately. They call taxi for you and help with everyday navigation in Sofia.

SMOKE of tobacco and eventually marihuana from other rooms. Would like to have a simple dripping coffee machine.

I arrived in the night time and was told that my upgraded room was still in use by other guest which extended their stay. The nice lady on the phone told me that i got an whole apartment instead for the 2 nights. The apartment was nice, modern and cosy and I got something like my own little flat which was a nice surprise.

The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre but there is a metro station close by

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Internet worked good. Overall a decent budget option to stay in Sofia

Mostly the reception area was locked and there was no one, so I had to call them on phone any time I needed something

We stayed in this hotel just one night, arrived late in the night and did a self check-in, which worked fine. The public parking nearby is pretty packed but we found a place for the car. Room was very clean and tidy and it worked excellent for our family with small children. Aircon worked well. We enjoyed a lot the breakfast in the morning, which was served individually. Overall is it great value for money. Highly recommend.

Bit away from the city center. But has a good transport connection; some shops in the area. The receptionist spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable.

Parking in the area can be difficult. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot

Breakfast was continental breakfast, and it was good. The staff is very good and friendly.

The adress is bit confusing, my GPS bring me behind the building, and there are 2 buildings having the same number and the hotel is on the other side. and they don't have their own parking.

This Hotel is super clean and the receptionist speaks very good English. Bus stop to center around the corner, restaurants and shops as well. Free parking behind the house. We enjoyed our stay!

Internet is very slow and pops on and off, so not ideal if you have to get some work done.
