Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South

The room was as advertised and very clean. The staff was great and there were a lot of on site amenities. There was a nice lounge/restaurant and there was an inexpensive breakfast option available. The location is on a major thoroughfare so its easy access to get there and also to leave. There are a lot of good options nearby for shopping and restaurants, many easily available to walk to.

I have no complaints about this hotel at all. This will be my go-to in Edmonton. I will recommend this to anyone who may ask. I may have missed it because I found a space to park, but there may be limited options available.

Very good location! There are a lot of good restaurants right across the road. The staff were always smiling, and going out of their way to help out. Fayaz at the front desk was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate all our needs. There was happy hour daily which was great!

Our room was near the train tracks which was noisy during the early morning hours. 1 of the beds was squeaky, and the placement of the tv is very awkward in the room we were in. Instead of being across the bed it was on the side wall so it was uncomfortable to watch and flip channels.

The front staff was great. We went to the bar our first night the two ladies were fantastic. We laughed it up had a great time. We were only there for maybe an hour but they made us feel very welcome

The fact that we asked for our room.to be cleaned we came back from our outing and room hadn't been done so went to front desk. She was going to have them do it. Then we proceed to go back to room maybe an hour or so later and they DIDNT change sheets just remade bed. Not impressed at all

This is the second time I have been here. But this time we had stayed for a pet friendly room, there was no vent in the washroom, the room was dark, ac wasn’t working and the fan that was given to us was I guess old? It kept disconnecting from the post, and it doesn’t stand up straight. Also its a pet friendly room so maybe next time a hard wood floor would be better as there was a lot of pee stains on the carpet and the room was smelly especially with no exhaust vent

The price of the room. The location from where we needed to be. The staff were courteous and kind. Near a drink vending machine. We had a balcony.

The cabinet where the fridge was hidden, the door was off the hinge. There were no main light switch, only lamps to illuminate the room. It wasn't clear that debit was not the preferred choice of payment as the deposit fee rose from $50 (that was on the website) to $200 from what was communicated in person at the check in.

Super friendly staff, spacious room and good location with several restaurants and cafes around. Drive to downtown isn't far at all and there's easy access to the highway. Gym was surprisingly better than expected and I was able to get a decent workout in. Staff is really what made the difference for me.

Nothing, necessarily. The hotel is old, and it shows, but that didn't bother me. Otherwise, solid stay and would recommend it.

I extremely liked from the time I walked in the door I was greeted with a beautiful clerk she was extremely lovely. I had booked the wrong date and she helped me to accommodate me. And make sure I had a nice location for the evening. Giving me a beautiful room with 2 separate rooms. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. I would recommend this hotel for many.

There was nothing that I could complain about. It was very beautiful.

Restaurant staff were excellent! Hotel staff as well - front desk, housekeepers Excellent location, lots of parking.

Room was clean, but spots on the carpet in room and halls. Had buffet breakfast once, but did not go back. Pancakes and ham were cold, overall lack luster breakfast for the price. Would have been okay if it came with the room, but we did pay extra for it.

Breakfast: The location was very comfortable to reach many great restaurants. I did not use hotel BF this time. I do not know where. Because there is no info. Bed: no bed bug! very comfortable:)

room of 406: the standing light was no light bulb. I asked 3 times. The room was sometimes noisy because of close to furnace heater, otherwise good. no facial tissue in the room. The sink was not drained well. No internet when I arrived.

The rooms were lovely. Incredibly comfortable and well laid out! The staff were very pleasant to deal with, and helped answer any questions.

The breakfast buffet could use some improvement. It over all seemed to lack organization and food wasn't worth the $11 per person. Many items were missing or stale by the time we arrived at 9 (buffet closes at 10)
