Best Western Plus Service Inn & Suites

The location was perfect for my needs. The staff members were lovely and eager to meet any request I had. The breakfast was adequate and I was happy it was included. The breakfast room was pleasant and easy to find. I was able to find a parking spot where I could see my car from the window in my room.

Coffee. I'm disappointed to still find plastic and cardboard cups in the room and fake cream. However, I was able to get a china cup from the breakfast room and the staff gave me a supply of cream pods. Also a better brand of coffee, so I was happy. Maybe due to staff shortages, my room was a little dusty, but clean overall.

At check in we met one of the nicest ladies in this country, she was the most upbeat and joyful person, she interacted with our 6 and 8 year old grandsons as if she was family and made us feel like you were at home, our grandsons looked for her everytime we left and came back during our stay, after an 8 hr drive to get here her pleasant way was a great start to our trip, next time we are in lethbridge we know where we are staying. The room was great, lots of space which was needed with young boys, shower was really nice, air conditioning worked flawlessly which was really needed with the temps being in the mid to high 30's, price was great, breakfast was included and it was a nice hot one to start the day, location was perfect for easy access all over the place.

The heat, lol, but thats not the hotels fault. If there is one thing I could pick on it would be the line up for breakfast, but its understandable as ya can't just let everyone go at it, not yet while covid is still a potential problem and I must say the ladies dishing up breakfast were doing an amazing job under the high pressure circumstances, like I said it wasn't a big issue considering we are just opening up the province.

Great location. Comfortable clean room. Pool was fun and slide was really fun. Breakfast was good with lots of options. They also offered different items each morning over our 3 night stay. Debbie at the front desk was friendly and helpful one night which was appreciated.

A pleasant hotel with well-equipped rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient for me. I was here on a business trip and everything was quite sufficient for me. I can recommend to everyone :-)

Fun waterslide and great breakfast. We have stayed here before and always enjoyed it. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate machine at the bottom of the elevator.

Very clean and the room was super comfortable also if you like to gamble it’s very close walking distance to casino the restaurant next door was awesome

No one told us the hot tub was not working. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel

The restrictions on pool time, we understand that it’s covid situation,.. Hopefully next time, things will be different.

I liked the location and value. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was wonderful. She very friendly and helpful.
