Nice staff, very comfortable beds with lots of pillows.

Nothing of interest within walking distance…need to drive to find restaurants, shopping and activities. Would so very much appreciate having eggs/potatoes in a separate warming tray for those of us who are allergic to or not permitted to eat pork. Pork infuses everything in the tray making the eggs/potatoes potentially dangerous for someone with allergic reaction to eat. Few gluten free options. Offering 24hr coffee service is such a nice touch, but coffee was incredibly weak, even for me who doesn’t like strong coffee.

Location of the hotel was great. Rooms are quite large and the beds are comfortable. We did find several hairs on our pillows from previous guests which was a little off-putting. The fridge in the room was loud so I unplugged it for the night. Washrooms were great and the shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast in the morning was great with lots of selection. My kids loved the water slide and said "it was very fast." I would stay here again.

Other than a little more thorough cleaning of the rooms (hair on pillows and sheets) it was great.

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable (no trouble sleeping). The desk and kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It would have been nice to have benches outside in a smokers area. Very hard sitting on curb lol We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub and pool but since our main reason for the stay was a shopping trip we didn't get back to hotel until after the stores were closed and so was the pool and hot tub.

Front desk staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Late arrival for my daughter/family...grandchildren were hungry (no grocery stores in vicinity). I asked staff if there was a possibility of getting a banana or two..she went above and beyond and brought a plate of assorted fruit from the kitchen..Thank you!

Son-in-law indicated their room could have been cleaner...ie toe nail clippings on floor

Unsupervised teens in pool kicking my kids on the water slide because they came down right after them they didn’t let them go down and get out of the way they came down right them like a train when asked to give them time to reach the bottom and get out of the way they just argued back and kept doing it

The hotels smells great and above all CLEAN! There was a sticker in the bathroom about the housekeeping. We thought it’s upon request. We were surprised when we came back on our first day that they did changed the towels and fixed our beds! We stayed here for 3 night to explore waterton, this city and neighbouring cities. The breaky is SUPERB! Lots of choices! Too bad my husband isn’t with us in this trip he would have loved this hotel. Kids love love love the whirlpool tub as well as the waterslide. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will for sure book again next year for for our visit to Waterton with hubby. Special thanks to my fellow filipino who is the receptionist when we arrived. Forgot to get her name but she’s super awesome! Keep it up!♥️

Our stay included breakfast which was nice to have, except my wife wasn't able to eat. The only gluten free options were a banana or a yogurt. They didn't seem to understand that someone with celiac cannot share a toaster with one that's being used for normal bread and I felt that they just dismissed the fact that my wife couldn't eat. They had oats but didnt know if they were Gluten free. In this day and age where the awareness of celiac disease and gluten intolerance is very well known, I expected a hotel that charges nearly $200 a night to be up with the times. We were happy with everything else, but to have to go out and find somewhere and pay for breakfast we felt very let down. Probably wont stay there again but find somewhere that is more sensitive to its customers needs.

All around great hotel. Staff was excellent, complimentary breakfast was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Stayed at the hotel RIGHT next door and had a terrible experience the year before. We will definitely go back to Hampton hotels in the future. Great hotel.

Staff at check-in super friendly! Wish I could remember her name, but she was awesome. The breakfast buffet in the morning was so good - amazing value, fresh food and delicious too.

The only complaint would be that they had signs saying they were asking guests to wear masks... all the staff were wearing masks, and so were we - almost every other guests we saw were NOT wearing masks, and there was no effort made to get ppl to comply. Location isn't that great if a person wants to get to know the city, but that is actually my fault for not checking a map when I booked.

The staff was excellent friendly helpful and smiled .the room was large lots of room even though we had to queen beds .

I didn't like that we couldn't have free access to pool we had to bother the front desk everytime we wanted to use pool .the only other thing I didn't like was the bathtub it was an older still and was quite shallow .shower was great .
