Free washing machines and dryers! You can get small packs of soap at the Shell station across the street if you don't have your own. This would be a terrific place to stay for young families with kids or campers needing a civilization day before heading back into the bush. No reason to complain about the hockey puck they call a "breakfast sandwich" because the hotel rate is so good. With the money you save, go out for Eggs Benedict.

The walls are thin between rooms. But I'm sure the neighbours found my snoring to be soothing. The hotel should stock soap for the washing machines; they only had fabric softener sheets when I stayed there.

Location secure - had a bike in my car desk staff allowed parking within site of my car for security - very appreciated and hotel location for security was why I stayed there on my return trip with my bike. Great breaky! Front desk staff had me in a King room on my return trip even tho I booked a queen - thoughtful - I had mentioned in my comments after my first stay I’d booked a King my first stay but got a double so great they made up for it on my return trip

Not much - I was aware of ongoing Reno’s so no expectations A very economical place in a great location with excellent staff service and good hot breaky included

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room, especially considering I booked one queen bed. I didnt have many requests but when i did need something staff were attentive and very helpful. Beautiful Christmas decor, helped keep the spirit up travelling during Christmas weekend. Didn't have time to check out the pool but upon peeking in seemed very nice and not busy at all. Will book again in the future and try more this hotel has to offer. OH! And my bed was the best bed I've had yet in a hotel. I was wishing I could take it home !!!!

The property is in the process of renovating. The halls were patched in some places and there were things like the coke/ice machines that were not in place. However, the room was spotless.

It was under construction, but there were signs everywhere apologizing for the inconvenience, so I knew what I was getting into when I booked. it was not perfect, but it will be when they are done.

The Breakfast was average. The rooms were exceptionally clean, as well as other areas of the Hotel. The Gentleman behind the Front desk was superb. Very congenial, and extremely helpful. Room was very quiet!! Loved it ! We will stay there again.

The Breakfast room was so full there wasn't a place to sit down to eat. I had to eat in the Foyer.

Breakfast was hot and easily available. We could leave our room, have a quick,filling breakfast and get back to the hospital without delay. When I inquired about a cellphone charger, the staff found one for me right away. Very accommodating. Thank you.

The eggs weren’t great and we needed caffeinated coffee. But these were minor issues.Very accommodating. Thank you.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Convenient location. Pool is older and outdated but clean. I would totally book again

Not really anything to complain about really as staff was friendly and helpful. But my room key had to constantly be reactivated, multiple trips back to the front desk to fix the solution while carrying heavy camera equipment was inconvenient.

Staff were exceptional. The people before us had an issue, due to the new system dropping one of their reservations, so we had to wait awhile. The fellow doing the front desk was so professional and quick with the folks ahead and us, it was a pleasure to book in. Anyone who can handle that much stress and remain calm and polite, plus do an outstanding job should be well appreciated. (He was a young man with an attractive earring in 1 ear)

Great rate on our queen suite. Great location. It was nice to have a tv in the living room and one in the bedroom

The bedroom is only separated from the living room by a half height wall, so there is no chance of quiet time for one person to sleep if the other person feels like staying up and watching TV. The mattresses are also getting pretty old.

It was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. But the price was right.

There were a lot of fly traps full right behind the front counter where you could see while checking it. Just not very appealing. The breakfast sausage didn't look very appetizing, and there was no fruit option.
