AppleTree Inn

My partner and I found our stay at the Apple Tree in homey and comforting. Upon our arrival we checked in and got our keys from the front desk. Our room was very cozy with a deck, mini, fridge, tv, and microwave. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The hot springs are also a short 30 minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much we spent an additional night and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Overall, a great value hotel in radium with cozy rooms and close location to the great locations in Radium.

We found that the bed had a bit of a divot towards the middle. A change of the room colour would help brighten up the space and make it more inviting.

Great value, very clean, close to the hot springs, check in and check out were very easy! Fantastic water pressure, fairly quiet, plenty of parking.

Some minor, inexpensive things could/should have been replaced, like cookware had a missing handle, chip out of the edge of a bowl, cord to light over sink had been repaired. Very, very minor stuff. And I wasn't sure about the smell, might have just been the detergent used for washing the bedding? Didn't notice it after a few minutes. Would have liked better light blocking, my son goes to bed around 7:30 but couldn't sleep until after 10 because of the light.

Older but clean and comfy!! Only drawback is it noisy from the highway but it’s radium and the highway runs through it. I’d stay again for sure.

This was our second time staying at the AppleTree Inn, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Good location - walking distance to town and restaurants. One of the beds was incredibly comfortable with a thick mattress topper. Good range of pillows. Overall, this place is great value for what you pay. Things are a bit dated, but the rooms are pretty clean and comfortable.

Our room was under the manager’s living space, and between 3-4am we could hear the occasional thump coming from above. Wasn’t crazy loud, but just enough to wake you back up each time you started to fall asleep.

This is a great little property with easy access to the Columbia valley. All of Radium is within walking distance and the Hot Springs pools are just a short drive or a little hike away. Like that it has “Pet friendly” written into the room descriptions so you know exactly what you’re booking if you have or do not have a pet travelling with you.

The room was large and clean (King bed suite), and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of hot water and it is right on the main road, making it easy to get anywhere from the motel.

The guests above us could have been more polite about the amount of noise they made in the early morning hours.

We enjoyed the owners they were amazing! Also we were close to all the attractions we wanted to utilize on our stay radium hot springs were a 4 min drive, mini golf was a 3 min walk, white water rafting was next door! There was also BBQ’s on-site so that was an additional value to this location!

These room are pretty cool/unique. You get a backdoor/balcony which is above a huge bank. Easy to find location but bring ear plugs as the main road is quite busy especially with the latest detour around Golden. Friendly Family owned business and I would totally stay again. In fact, I stayed here on my way to Fernie and my way back through even the the prices were jacked up for May long weekend. So that says something!

Nice view from the balcony and friendly staff. BBQ for use. Just down the road from the hot springs and near the shops. Roku TV in room so you can use your own streaming services, it logs you out of any used on the date of checkout.

Shower didn’t have a proper head on and the output was more like a fine mist than a shower.

The room we stayed at was at the back of the building facing the forest which has a nice view. It was quiet since it was at the back of the building and away from the highway/street. Every room have their own veranda and table right outaide the room. If you have a portable gas stove and some cookware, you can definitely cook or heat your meals outside😊. They also have a mini fridge and microwave in the room👍 The front desk was kind and friendly.

It was obviously an older building; when we first get in the room, the room smell like an old room or old library/museum. Some pillows are not as soft and kinda gave me neck pain.
