The rooms were comfortable, very clean and being centrally located, we had easy access to fun stuff like the Hot Springs, zip lining, lake, etc. They also had a barbecue outside that any guest could use which was helpful. The staff were super friendly and nice, gave us extra towels for hot springs, etc. I think it is a family run business and they have pride in their facility.

The coffee machine was NOT a Keurig as advertised. It would be nice if there was more than a microwave--some larger units have kitchenettes but most did not.

Great view of the mountains. Quick drive to the hot springs, hikes and town. Or walk to the town to enjoy the sites. The owner was very friendly and had great ideas of things for our family to do. Our room was great- we ate breakfast and lunch there. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. There was a great table that our family enjoyed playing games each night on.

The property was beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Wim is such a hard worker and you can tell that he takes great pride in his property. He is very friendly and personable. The cottage was perfect for my daughter, puppy and I. It was very clean when we arrived. The ac kept us nice and cool. Our puppy loved the front deck as he is very nosy and liked to watch all the goings on in the neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this cottage/motel to other travellers.

Location was great. The hotel was extremely clean! The owner was apparently the only staff member working, he was very friendly and helpful. My daughter left her phone cord and charger behind and he kindly mailed it back to her.

I found the beds a little soft and uncomfortable, but I believe this is more of a personal preference. I wish there was a continental breakfast included with our stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Wim was so lovely and checking in/out was a breeze.

The only thing I would say is that the toilet seat in our room was rather wobbly, it felt like we were going to slip in. I also found the bed a little hard, but that’s just me I would rather pillow tops.

The receptionist/caretaker Willem was beyond welcoming, hospitable, friendly, and super accommodating to everybody. Very considerate of my big family and very very helpful. He treats my family like he knew them and he was available for everything and anything. The location is great! Only one of the few motels that has more pet friendly rooms than the no-pets allowed rooms. If I go somewhere in Radium, BC, I would definitely comeback here! So happy of my experience there!

The heat of the sun was directly facing our unit and there was only 1 small AC for the entire unit including the bedrooms.

We stayed in a cottage with two bedrooms. It was recently renovated and clean. The owner, Wim, is a very nice gentleman. At the check in he provided tips about the near by restaurants, hikes and other nice locations to visit.

This was the best place to stay! The owner was so friendly and went above and beyond to help everyone at the hotel. We have never met a more dedicated hotel owner. He does everything himself, from cleaning to reception, he is unbelievable! He even irons your hotel bed sheets. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay memorable with the Versace shirt he gave my daughter. Great Stay!

Nothing! I am picky but this hotel and owner were amazing!! He makes you feel at home.

We enjoyed the owner. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Nice quint, quiet place. Great location, close to all amenities.

We only had one roll of toilet paper for the days we stayed. We did run out on the last morning there.

couldn’t have gone more smoothly. definitely will return for a longer stay. it was nice to get re-familiar with the area and now we have a motel both my husband and agree we love to stay at next time hassle and worry free! i like that there’s an option for pets if we decide to bring our dog next time.
