Best Western King George Inn & Suites

Check-in was a snap and the two gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and offered information and suggestions for restaurants in the area. The complimentary bottle of chilled sparking wine and treats was an unexpected pleasure. While food in the breakfast room was not unlike that in many hotels the breakfast room attendant (Taran) did a remarkable job - looking after everyone's needs and chatting cheerfully with the guests.

King George Blvd is a very busy street so walking any distance was not enjoyable. We patronized three nearby cafes (which were all good) but had identified some others farther away but decided the street was too busy and noisy to walk.

I liked my whole stay. I had requested a room on the third floor away from the street and the hotel accomodated my request. The front staff was very helpful. The breakfast staff was always pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed. While there, I had to teach an online business course and the wifi sustained the 4 hours class with 30 students. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which all came in handy. Parking was easy. There is an excellent Indian restaurant, B&B, right next door that accommodate to go. The location is easy to get to many places in Surrey including the court house. If the need ever arises again, I would definitely stay here.

I wish there were movie purchase options through the television. The carpet in the room I was staying, 326, needs to be cleaned with a steam carpet cleaner.

Inviting staff. Hotel staff offered extra goodies frequently such as bottled water fruit and cookies. Good maid service. Decent breakfast.

Pricing too high. Mentioned my family flew from Edmonton for a funeral and wasn’t offered a bereavement rate or break, we stayed for three nights @ $243/night with tax & extras included for a family of four.

We arrived early off of our cruise and because my husband is disabled we went to see if we could check in early so he could rest his leg. Nav went above and beyond to get us a room! He let us know about breakfast and when we said we were leaving to drive home before it opened he asked if we would like breakfast in a bag to go. The service was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again!

The room lay out is well arranged. The beds are comfortable. I travel solo but did use both queen beds. The bathroom is very clean and stocked up with nice towels and toiletries, something other hotels have cut back on lately. This hotel is a lovely representation for the Best Western brand. I will stay with Best Western again.

Amazing customer service super polite and friendly they even had fresh fruit, water cookies and little snack bags made up. Great staff all shifts. 😁

water in the pool and hot tub could be warmer but when I asked they did turn it up.

Staff was great, from questions during the booking period, check in, housekeeping, all great. Room was relaxing and beds comfortable.

This hotel is on a major road, so there is a lot of road noise even on 3rd floor, but that comes with the location.

Arman, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate everything he did to assist with bookings.com Unfortunately being from out of town I had no idea the location was so far away from my family. As a result I need to cancel my next day booking. Arman assisted me with that. I’m very thankful ~Mickey~

The breakfast was amazing. More than I expected. The pool and hot tub were a delight.

It would have been nice if there was kitchen service for all meals.

The carpet was a bit dirty in the room, but other than that it's an amazing hotel, especially for the price.
