Comfort Inn & Suites Surrey

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, hot breakfast of sausage, eggs and potatoes. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Thanks for a great stay, we will see you again! Kudos to your whole team!

As a pet owner I truly appreciated being able to bring my little dogs with me. I think a fee per dog is not necessary. The rooms are pet friendly, no carpets and great for pets. Maybe raising the fee to $20.00 across the board or an extra $5.00 for 2nd pet would be more suitable rather than $15.00 per pet. That would be my only suggestion.

Great room for disabled person, great Courteous and Friendly Staff. The housekeeping services were great. The breakfast was perfect, hot, cold, Fruits, muffins, strudel, begals, cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled, Sausages, pancakes, etc. 24 hours of services available including Laundry on 2nd floor. Ice machines fabulous, recommended to anyone who wants elegance at an affordable price. Great location, Timmies and Pub next door walking distance.

No grab bar on bed in handicap room. Would have been a great help.

The place looks nice, their bed is super comfortable, breakfast was overall satisfying. The staff was really friendly which is a huge part of any stay. Coffee was very good, hot scrambled eggs were nice to have, they also had fresh fruit and a waffle maker.

Already told the kitchen staff about it, but the orange juice was a little thinned out and the potatoes were a little dry. The kitchen manager was really really nice. Oh wow thank you just finishing up a review on that hotel okay

Staff are all responsive and welcoming! They were going out of their way to help us! We arrived early but were able to store our bags. We went out about to see the city of British Columbia. Breakfast is served early and includes eggs and sausage.

Nothing! We had a very comfortable room. There were two teams of teens there, girls volleyball and boys baseball. So lots of kids ! But we were not disturbed at all.

Breakfast every morning was excellent. wife had fresh made waffles and I had scrambled eggs and delicious sausages. Best continental breakfast I think I’ve ever had. Usually as expected there is cereals, muffins, bagels etc but the hot breakfast was new. The staff were super friendly especially the gentleman making and serving our breakfast for our 4 day stay. Room was clean and cost for our stay was very reasonable. We come down to see our kids and grandchildren several times a year. We have been staying at the Sandman Inn suites for the last 8 years or so but couldn’t get a booking for the first time, (a blessing in disguise), so we gave Comfort Inn a shot. So impressed with the staff and rooms that even tho not a suite at half the price and a better breakfast we will definitely be making Comfort Inn our new destination of choice.

Peter was a pleasure ! We got in a bit later then expected from our flight. However Peter was so nice and efficient of getting us checked in.

Our rooms never had a microwave and I had a toddler with me. So I had to warm up milk. The only microwave available was in the breakfast room area. Unfortunately my little one likes milk once he wakes up anywhere around 730/830 am. On the weekend the male staff was working. I had asked before entering if it was okay to warm up milk keeping distance. He had replied not really now I have to stand here for social distancing you should come before 630am am or after 930am when breakfast is over. However after saying this in front of other guests he still let me warm up milk. I felt a bit uncomfortable after this so next day I let my husband go and he never said anything to him..

Breakfast was very yummy with variety of food to select. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was very large with good view from a huge window. Front desk staff and others were friendly and helpful. There is a Tim hourtons few steps from the hotel.

Rooms didn't have microwave and kettle to make hot water. Many guests had to visit the front desk to request for hot water.

Great location, lots of parking spaces. Very quiet inside and out side. Very spacious bathroom and the room. With sofa and sofa bed. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was as good as it would be in best western.

Beds make noise every time you turn. Little disturbance. But it was still great experience overall for 3 people

Staff very friendly and Courteous. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, huge selection including fresh fruits, yogurt, fresh juice plus hot and cold Breakfast available excellent selection. Was very impressed with Front Desk Staff and Chambermaid Staff, excellence all around 👏.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Enjoyed beds, linens, toiletries. Beautiful sky views from 3rd floor, variety of breakfast food including oatmeal and yogurt, fruit; roomm frig.

Elevator clanged; when neighboring rec center busy, parking lot challenging to find space; TV not user friendly, not near retail services.
