The unicab drivers they hire to do transfers from and to the airport are excessively rude!

I liked the shower in our room. It was great. The breakfast was wonderful. It had everything you could possibly want. The bed seemed to be very good. I like a softer bed and ours was perfect.

I didn’t, like the fact that it was very noisy. There were some young kids a room or two down from us and they were very noisy. They were yelling and running down the hallway. Some one in the room above us did a lot of jumping on the floors. One other thing was the desk chair was in need of repair. The arm rests were falling off and needed t be tightened. The toilet paper holder was also broken.

The hot Breakfast was so nice to wake up to. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We could adjust the AC in our room, we like it cooler then most people. The location was perfect. Pool was great for our kids. When we first checked in our pullout couch was broken so we recieved a free room upgrade to a suite!

Unfortunately hot tub was out of commission.

Excellent value. For a lower price than most surrounding hotels this one includes transfers to and from the airport via taxi (so pick up is immediate... no waiting on hotel shuttle schedules), a hot breakfast and all day tea and coffee. It's decor is somewhat dated but everything is clean, comfortable and functional. Special mention for Victoria on reception who does an amazing job :)

The breakfast was the same everyday, no variations. And everything was sticky in the breakfast area, the counters, floors etc. Maybe they need to switch out the maple syrup to individual packages and not use the pour bottle.

The evening lady's personality; need more staff like that! 👍🏼 The free breakfast; truly helps when you are in a hurry.👍🏼 The room rates; I don't think the rates can be beaten anywhere! 👍🏼 The area; love the area as it's near everything....stores, restaurants, play centres for kids, etc. ❤ Pool is still open for scheduling during this covid pandemic!👍🏼

It was quite noisy at nights where we were and also had a bad stench of Marijuana; my mother is very sensitive to smell and she didn't enjoy walking down a certain room on third floor. I also wasn't impressed with the lack of cleaning in our room. When we got there, there were crumbs on the arm chair and floor. During our 5 night stay, we had to go down every day for clean towels, garbage bags....finally on our 3rd night stay, I had to call for a total cleanup of our room and the room was cleaned daily after that....which was awesome. Breakfast wasn't at all what I expected it to be but i can't complain because nothing much is free nowadays and I'm truly thankful for it.

Location was good for my needs. Breakfast cannot be rated as it is grab and go style at this time. But I appreciated not having to leave the hotel first thing in the morning to get some food or coffee.

Suggestion. If u are going to give guests a fridge, a micro and a mini coffee maker (excellent idea!) then pls also add a small kettle so can boil water for soup and noodles to hv a quick snack rather than having to go out for a bite.

The room was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Bed, very comfortable. Unfortunately we had to leave early and could not take advantage of the breakfast. Shuttle to airport very fast and convenient.

Enjoy everything for the short time we were there.

The breakfast was pretty good with it being a bag style. Though it would be nice if given more sauce types, like mayo or something we had the breakfast sandwich and it was dry. The coffee we had in our hotel room was awful though, it tasted very stale. The room was a great set up and was wonderful. Though the couch definitely showed some wear and stains. And some garbage was left in the cupboards from before (open coffee pack) and some walls had some spots of dirtiness or staining.

Pool was still closed.

Very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were huge and very comfy bed, nice products in the bathroom, convenient location near the airport. All the staff were really friendly. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.
