The room I stayed at was quite clean; the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was air conditioning (something apparently not that common in New Brunswick). It is far from the city centre, which has some advantages. For those who like waling or cycling, the trail bridge that links to the downtown is close by.

The air conditioning was window-mounted. This meant that the window was partially open (although blocked) and could hear traffic at night. On the other hand, there is limited traffic during the night. It is far from the city centre, which has some disadvantages. It is worth noting that the pedestrian/cycling bridge that links to the downtown is close by.

This is a nice clean and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy, perfectly acceptable. It's on the other side of the river from downtown Fredericton, but it's an easy drive to get there. There wasn't much immediately around the motel, but there's a pub onsite - we got there late, didn't feel like going out, and had a nice meal and a drink at the pub. It seemed pretty quiet at the pub, and there was no problem with noise during the night.

There isn't a coffeemaker in the room, so you have to go to the office to get coffee in the morning.

Cheap, friendly services, clean

You get what you paid for. Everything was clean but we found some small orange spot on the sheet, maybe rust from washer. We sleept in our sheet so we didn't mind but without my sheet I don't know if I'd trusted them. Bring your own sheet. Also it's an exit motel, so really noisy. Hopefully this town is pretty much dead at night so you get some sleep. Overall it is a good motel for the price, just know what you're getting into! Services was super friendly and easy going.

The Fort Nashwaak was just down the road from the arena the hockey games were being played and the restaurants nearby were on the way also. If you are looking for a nice place for good value this is the place to stay. The staff were interested in customer service and seemed to love their jobs. Bravo to you all and keep up the great work.I will be back.

There is nothing I could say because everything I needed was there.

We were driving back from NS to Ontario and wanted a good-priced, good location motel to stay at. This was both plus right next door to a pub, that has great food. We ate there, came back to the room and couldn't hear any noise from the pub, probably because the air conditioner was on and it's an older loud model but we both like the white noise

The bed was OK for comfort, to me, spending money on good mattresses will always ensure people come back if you are on their route. Everything else was great.

We didn't have breakfast, but I think that should have even if it's just one night. The location was perfect. The room was perfect, except for de bathroom, because the bathtub faucet was broken.

Again, Breakfast even for just 1 night. And, the damage deposit is too expensive comparable with the room price, should be reassessed.

Room was large, with two very comfortable double beds, clean, everything in good working order. View from window was very pleasant and location is good for a dining, shopping, walks along the river. Good restaurant is located on the first floor of hotel.

Unfortunately we lived above the restaurant and loud music was on from 11 am to 11 pm + light from awning sign was shining into the window at night.

Our room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there is still carpet in the rooms. We enjoyed supper at the Cannon's Cross Pub which we ate in our room. Very handy and this is the third time we've stayed there and we hope to return one day. Thanks so much and a big thank you to your lovely staff.

Don't like carpeted rooms, bare floors are more hygenic and easier to clean.

Confortable bed, confortable pillows. Though at corner of main roads was nice and quiet overnight. Close to the walking bridge, so you can actually walk into downtown Fredericton while staying outside. Close to the renowned Picaroons Brewery Roundhouse.

Clean, comfy, good ac

Quite dated, some simple things like a power bar on the desk to plug a charger in. Coffee pot with no coffee available apparently(asked the girl at check-in and she pointed to the pot in the lobby) Again, small things that could be taken care of at relatively low cost
