Best Western Plus Grand-Sault Hotel & Suites

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to please. They made everyone feel very welcome. Though the breakfast was oddly skimpy, the place was otherwise everything a Best Western Plus should be.

The breakfast was surprisingly skimpy and poorly organized. Even the breakfast room itself was poorly arranged, with dining tables placed close to and actually obstructing part of the service area. That would be so easy to rearrange! The location is unfortunately typical of these "big box" hotels -- too far from Great Falls' nice little downtown or anything of interest nearby for walking.

Staff are great - friendly and super helpful. Rooms are as advertised. Parking is easy, plentiful and free. Pet fee is fair at $30. We have a non-shedding, 12 lb toy poodle. I doubt if there’s any extra effort required from your cleaning staff for our dog, compared to a large, long haired and shedding dog. Some hotels give a welcome package for pups. I’d suggest a bowl for water and perhaps some treats. The Delta hotel gave him a tennis ball, cookie treats and a roll of biodegradable poop bags. Smart.

Breakfast is poor, which is unfortunate as there are no other options nearby. Almost everything was gone by 8:30. If breakfast goes until 9:00 (kinda early to end it, especially when people are on holiday and catching up on their sleep) supplies should be refreshed. Almost all the bread was gone, only 1 apple left, no eggs left. No baked goods - croissants, banana bread, danish? Tub was advertised as whirlpool. It’s just an air tub. No jets to soothe sore muscles.

Staff were very friendly,helpful and attentive. Property was well maintained and the rooms were very clean.

The TV in the room was not working . The desk clerk came up to the room to try to fix fix but couldn’t as the problem was not in the room and the maintenance man was not in. He said he would make a note and they would rebate a portion of my bill. The next morning I mentioned it at the desk,and she promptly rebated us a portion for the inconvenience. The breakfast choices were limited.

Everything was new and clean, very clean, I havnt stayed at such a week kept hotel in ages. I was driving across the country and this was my last stop before home, i almost wish i had to stay two nights

only thing i didnt like was that not all hotels are this clean. my expectations will be higher at future hotels and im sure others with not be up to the standards this hotel was

CONCERNING COVID WE FELT THE BREAKFAST AND THE HANDLING OF IT WAS VERY GOOD.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE ACCESS TO YOUR HOTEL. COMING OFF OF TRANS CANADA FROM MONCTON WAS VERY DANGEROUS. WE ACCIDENTLY TURNED ONTO A ONE WAY RAMP BECAUSE WE COULD NOT SEE CLEARLING HOW TO GET INTO YOUR PARKING LOT. WE ALMOST HAD A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH A HUGE TRUCK. WE MENTIONED THIS TO YOUR STAFF WITH A SUGGESTION THAT A SIGN AT YOUR ENTRANCE SAYING ENTRANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL AND LESS STRESSFUL FOR US.

It was very clean and comfortable.

A better selection for breakfast like bagels boiled eggs. Window in our room was all broken we asked for tap to keep it  shut. Staff did ask if we wanted to change rooms but we were tired and didn’t want to go through all the hassle of changing rooms.

Breakfast area is not set up properly. Chairs and tables in the way of the servery. Only one very overworked lady trying to run the whole set up and having to clean up afterwards...ridiculous to only have a single person trying to do it all. Breakfast needs to be done in a purpose built area...not an area normally used as a bar. Otherwise very nice stay.

great service! Friendly staff! They speak bilingual English and French! Excellent location. There is a swimming pool - a pleasure for children;) good breakfast.

baby pillows and incorrect breakfast schedule. we arrived at 9:05 and the receptionist said that everything was already late .. but the nice waitress allowed us to have breakfast ...

The breakfast was adequate but nothing exceptional. The location was on the outskirts of town, a bit disappointing at first but it was really as short drive into the centre of town where there was plenty of parking

No one asked me if I was a rewards member. I had not thought about it as it had been a long time since I used it.

Easy to get to from the highway, excellent staff, clean, good shower, comfortable beds.

Could use more towel bars in the bathroom to facilitate re-use. Breakfast menu could include bananas or raisins to top cereal/oatmeal.
