Greenwood Inn & Suites

Location is great. Has a pool, very important.

Mold on the caulking in the bath area, and light over tub burned out. Crumbs on the bedspread when we arrived . Likely was dragged along the floor prior to vacuuming, kind of ewwww. Basically I like staying here but the management should put some $$$ into refurbishment inside and out. To say it has a crumbling facade on the stucco outside wouldn’t be a stretch. Moss growing. Update interior lighting in hallways, very dim.

I absolutely loved how comfortable the beds were, was like sleeping on a cloud, and the staff was amazing! The pools is great for all ages and has seats in case you were in a group and didn’t want to be swimming! Or even just watching ur kids!

I do personally think the pool should stay open longer than 10:00pm , for adults, but not really a complaint just a want and the windows need to be more clean so it’s easier to see ur mainstreet view:))

The room was big with two queen beds. It was comfortable and clean. The shower was accessible. Dinner in the restaurant was enjoyable and gluten free was on offer. Breakfast was good. The hotel had a laundry for guests - very useful when moving from place to place. Hotel ideally placed for walking round the interesting town. Car park available for patrons.

The hotel looked a bit tired - in need of some refurbishment.

everything was top notch, the staff are beyond helpful, polite and there for any questions. the rooms are clean , comfortable and quiet, the on site restaurant has the best staff and the food is so good. the hotel is close to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars

I can't say there is anything I didn't like, except leaving lol. Everyone has their own opinions but I always have a great experience at the Greenwood Inn.

Clean and conveniently located with very friendly staff. The attached restaurant was used for breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating of requests and the food was very good. I would stay here again. The underground parking was a bonus.

The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The showerhead could use an upgrade as well. Other than those two things I have nothing negative to say. I would likely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Downtown location was excellent for parking the vehicles in the underground parking garage and walking. Hotel staff were exceptional in helping us with traveling issues we had on motorcycles.

Restaurant was not open at all advertised times.

Really good location in Corner Brook. Clean and comfortable. Never made it to the pool (sad). Lots of local restaurants close by. Super convenient from which to explore Corner Brook. Local brewery across the street is also a must visit (if you like beer). Friendly staff. Laundry facilities were good, though only one machine of each.

everything was so clean, the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is surrounded by other eateries and bars, so lots to do without taking a car to do it. I highly recommend the Greenwood Inn.

Not much I didn't like, everything was great. The only thing was the slush and snow in the parking lot, but it snows a lot in Corner Brook so that makes it harder to keep everything cleaned out.

It was right downtown and close to everything. It had a great restaurant downstairs and staff there were great. They sent my food up to my room since I was travelling with a dog and couldn’t go in the restaurant or patio.

The beds could have been a bit firmer and the toilets are very low to the ground.

Only hotel with pool in Corner Brook. Pool was basic but allowed the kids to have a swim.

Shower handle came off and maintenance was not able to fix in the hour that we had before hitting the road again. Things happen, not necessarily an issue and would not change my thoughts on the stay.
