The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jennifer the one who checked us in and Josephine who was the breakfast attendant the whole facility us very nice breakfast was wonderful 😊 the pool was a perfect temperature the water slide was fun even enjoyed a little time in the hot tub 10 out of 10

The elevator that was the only thing we were on the third floor and it made the squealing sound stopping on the third floor so it was scary and if it wasn't for my disability I would have gladly used the stairs each time just to avoid the elevator..

We arrived late after a horrific day. Georgia greeted us upon arrival and was a Godsend. She was sweet, swift, considerate and very attentive. The room and all amenities were perfect. Everything you need at your fingertips and anything else a mention away. I had an opportunity to meet the manager before leaving and it is no wonder it is an excellent choice for accomodations! The morning breakfast host was incredible and the maintenance man keeps everything in top shape. Thank you so much, well done and we'll be back.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay longer!

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and the room was very quiet as it was on the ground floor and faced away from the highway. The pool looked nice but was filled with children from a birthday party so I didn''t use it. The breakfast bar had a lot of variety but was a bit picked over by the time I went so I recommend going early. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very good..

For some reason the water pressure in my bathroom sink was very low, it as kind of odd as there was lots of water pressure in the shower and toilet.

I like the Room andThe breakfast was good. but need an employed for that Time of the Day . its Too Much busy for only one employed for all the people. Maybe more table was good too

I dont know why a deposit because i have a visa debit. I dont know what its the difference of the real crédit card. Every years we goes a differents hôtel. And its the first Time we refuse m'y card. A visa debit its a crédit card too si i dont know why.

We tried to check in 45 mins early and were told to wait which was fine but they told us they would send someone right up to our room the clean it and when we got back at check in time it still wasn't ready and had tow ait another 30 minutes. And then there was left over food and a few other pieces of garbage on our rooms floor.

Great location, breakfast was really good, beds were comfortable.

We chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub wasn’t installed. The area for breakfast is too small and there aren’t enough tables to accommodate everyone. Walls are thin and sound travels.

The suite was really a suite – with a separate (albeit small) living room and bedroom, separated by the bathroom. it was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was pretty good, although the eating area was a little crowded. The hotel was handy to the highway with ample parking; there was a shopping area nearby.

Nothing. Everything was fine.

We set up a reunion between school friends. The hotel staff were very accomidating.

A little pricy for a Sunday evening. Saw cheaper prices for Monday same room. The air conditioner was cold then blew hot. Very different. Need more kids tv shows/ channels

Clean, friendly, lots of choices for continental breakfast.

Said it had a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we booked it, when we got there it was being fixed. The company should let people know things like that in advance

The brkfst was very good, lots of choices. The hotel was clean and well kept. The pool was a bit small but it did the trick, the hot tub was a welcome bonus.
