Knights Inn Huntsville

I liked all of it. The staff in particular. Very kind and present. The balcony. It makes a space where one can sit outside without interfering with people in adjacent rooms. The view on the balcony is very relaxing. I have been in may motels and I never enjoyed the stay like I did there. The ambiance is relaxed and friendly. There are picnic table at both ends in the lawn, with BQ grill. For breakfast you are in a warm cozy room. I really enjoyed it. It is unique. I really enjoyed my stay.

For a long stay I would suggest those whose sleep is sensitive to noise, to apply for rooms perpendicular to the road and train track. It didn't bother me at all. It did other people. I would think ground floor would already be more quite than the first floor. Then, rooms parallel to the road would be ok. These rooms are where you may enjoy the view. It is worth it. The view is unique. - The bar retaining the curtains in the bath tub being on a curve, the curtains does not remain close and slides opened while washing. It may accumulate some water on the floor. But that is an easy fix and the staff will see about it.

Good location, next to a very good restaurant, a trail, and the town’s Main Street. The staff were super helpful and friendly! The room was spacious and comfy and the bed was very good. Overall a really nice stay.

The room had a carpet and old curtains that were a bit dusty (not unclean, just that grime that naturally accumulates in carpets and curtains).

I liked the service, location, parking facility was good too. It was close to downtown. Beautiful scenic views near downtown and resturants.

We expected food services like breakfast but when we reached at location we did not recieve that. Neither we were notified by staff while check in. Although, BBQ facilities were not available. Beds were comfortable but were not clean 100% as it was having little hair.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, had comfortable beds. A view of the sunset and lake. It even had a table and chair set outside the door where we could sit and enjoy the evening. The continental breakfast was fresh and had a nice assortment. Would recommend and visit again

Perfect location. Walking distance to Main Street, shops and restaurants. Great value, comfortable beds. Great for families. Very quiet. Staff very good, asked for lake view and was answered quickly and got our request.

Can’t honestly say there was anything not to like.

It was clean and was close to the lake it was al so close to restraunt's. The staff was very good excellent manners. There was ample Parking. The tails throught out the area were very enjoyable and being so close the train station was nice as well.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised. Was told that I should have read the fine print. No kettle for tea (microwave didnt heat water hot enough to steep tea) or toaster in the room to make your own breakfast. Had to go out everyday and no refund was provided.

Jacuzzi tub could have filled up alot faster, hot water came out so slow.

We stay here every year, this is our 3rd time staying at the knights inn and it’s always been amazing!!! We will be back next year!!!

Just a suggestion, I know because of COVID you’re not doing stay overs, but maybe put a bag together for them with towels and what not and hang it on the door!! I did housekeeping for years and that’s what we did.

Location, value for money, jacuzzi in the room (perfect for my 8 year old who needed it before bed), amenities (close for us to get coffee and breakfast from mcdonalds but not right downtown). Staff was great, no issues with getting extra towels or coffee. Didn't even charge us extra for having our dog with us! Overall a great place for us (family of 3 plus our furbaby)

Nothing to complain about - it had everything we needed and if we needed something else, we could just call over and get it immediately. No complaints on this end.

Clean rooms, A/C worked, mini fridge with a huge freezer, quiet. They left a wash cloth & hand towel on my motorcycle to clean my bike... only the 2nd hotel to do this in 15 years of riding! Nice people & had a great stay.
