The facility and location were fantastic. The room was comfortable and met all of our needs.

Our fridge stopped working and leaked on our first night and we had to clean up the mess. The pool at our resort was nice and the activity that our family enjoyed most of all. Blue Mountain's Village is over priced in general. Our children are small so they could only go on the gondola ride, $124 for 2 adults/2 toddler. The restaurants are not good and over the top expensive. We spent hundreds on meals and didn't enjoy a single one of them...the garden salad from the Village Market was the best meal that I had during our entire stay. Bring your own food.

We stayed at the "presidential suite" for three days. The suit is very spacious and very comfortable with great view and full kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room and master bedroom (unfortunately that one didn't work). The master bedroom has a large king size be who was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day of skiing.

The hotel is well maintained buy feels that it could use some renovation touch-ups. The ski Equipment the stored in the luggage room that needs to be opened by the front desk staff who sometimes have a long queue of people checking in, so the wait to get your equipment can be frustrating. Additionally, the hotel is in the village and very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants but being at the end of the village is short walk from the lift.

We come to this place each year, and I love the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and walking distance to the slopes. I love the fireplace that always makes your stay in the evening cosy.

They introduced new policy about cleaning, where you need to book your cleaning 24h in advance. This totally doesn’t makes sense, as I can’t predict how clean my room would be in 24h and if I would need a cleaning. We ended up staying in a room full of pizza boxes and empty water bottles, as it didn’t fit any more into the garbage bins and there was no cleaning service. I am writing it just to get the attention of management that this cleaning policy is maybe a good thing if you want to decrease your operational expenses, but not a good thing if you want to have grateful customers. Otherwise - what is the difference between airbnb and hotel?

Always an enjoyable stay. Right in the heart of the village close to everything. The room was nice and spacious and clean. They come with anti-bacterial wipes for the remotes. Steps away from virtual reality, axe throwing and resturaunts. We went the weekend where they had the Christmas light installations and Santa was in town so great for the family.

The parking is decent but you have to pay $20 per night underground or park a little bit further above ground for free as you can't park out front because there is no overnight parking. We went in November the night life is not like it once was years ago. We went to Kaytoo at 11pm and the place was empty with about 8 people on the dance floor. Could be the off season.

Loved being right in the village to be able eat, drink and shop! Wild Wing, Kaytoo, Tholos , Copper Blues and O&B restaurants were fantastic and our balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxation ! Enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner! Having a Starbucks to enjoy was perfect! Loved the big bikes on the millpond and the gondola to the trails was a fantastic way to get up the mountain and then explore down the mountain!!

The cost of breakfast at Sunset Grill was ridiculous!! Wished I could purchase mini putt tickets separately because we only got a play all day for one day and should have done more!!

What a well stocked room! Blue Mountain thought of everything from dish tabs to beautiful little dish cloths and great toiletries. We also had an extra blanket for the sofa bed and wow - the sofa bed was already made up. I've never been in such a perfectly clean room. The beds were great, the pool and hot tub was really amazing and the staff were honestly exceptional in every way. I had low expectations as I stayed many years ago and the place looked tired and tawdry but this was really a huge change. Even the elevators were nice.

From a safety perspective - please light the outside of the area much better. Many people were walking and biking with children in the dark and driving around that resort was really dangerous. Unfortunately people were wheeling strollers and walking with kids - it gets dark earlier and we were really concerned we would hit someone. To be fair these people were very irresponsible but the lighting outside the resort was hardly sufficient to find street names, parking garages and check-in lobbies. Can't even find one negative thing to say about our accomodations. They were superior in every way.

Suite was clean, very spacious, and well-appointed. There was more than plenty to do and enjoy onsite. Even though the resort was bustling with activity right below our room, it was very quiet and relaxing. Underground parking was spacious, convenient, and well laid-out as compared to most parking garages. Resort has security onsite.

Our one-bedroom suite had a queen-size bed. The mattress was very comfortable. There was also a queen-size sofa bed in the sitting area adjacent to the bedroom. Our younger daughter slept there. Mattress was thin, with little support from the metal frame. It was very uncomfortable. Similarly, there was a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Our older daughter experienced the same discomfort and lack of support with that mattress.

Great location Great Christmas atmosphere Excellent food Good winter entertainments In general the room was good and comfy. The fireplace is cool!

Not much to do with small kids (1-2 years). There were huge lines for snow tubes. Waiting in line does not worth the time you spend sliding (for 1 hour you can do 3-4 times as there is a line there as well) Kids swimming pool was too cold as they had a door to the outside opened (and refused to close it ) Hot tube was not working so we had to take hot shower to get warm. The mattress was too puffy for me. The AC was really loud, had to turn it off completely

Amazing and exceptional service from staff. Check in was amazing, quick and easy. Saskia from the front desk was very cheerful, patient, funny, pleasant and helpful for even the silliest questions! Location was perfect. Amenities were pleasant and accommodating. View was exceptional! Also received a welcome gift and anniversary card and heart towel presentation on our bed! Thank you for an amazing stay and experience.

Nothing was not to like, everything was amazing. Whatever issues we might have had, the staff was quick, pleasant and eager to help whenever, where ever and however they could!

We had a room with a kitchen and a den. Ideal for us as we set up our baby in a cot in the den area and we were able to cook meals. Bed was super king size.

The mattress on the bed was very soft. We could hear a lot of noise from the room upstairs and from the corridor. Also the tv did not have Netflix. The gym was seriously lacking, not even any free weights. A couple of treadmills, a bike and a very crappy multi gym weights thing - terrible.
