Bath room fixers leaked, toilet or shower curtain.? Mould and broken tiles were in the bath tube enclosure. No fan in the bathroom was likely the cause of the mould. It was difficult to get the room to comfortable temperature Entrance door was in bad repair which made you feel a bit unsafe

Condition of the bathroom and the high humidity in the build. It seem there was room carpet cleaning being done.

Room was clean and well maintained and supplied. Very comfy beds, clean, recently updated bathroom, good breakfast selections.

The heater/air conditioner worked well but we couldn’t figure out how to set the temperature on it. It kept over-cooling the room, which was ok since it was a hot day!

Room was clean and tidy. Location was also very prime in the city and near the main highway.. Breakfast was good too with an early start time so as to start my onward journey timely manner. Everything was good. Decent place for an overnight stay. Value for money spent.

The outer appearance of the building seemed to be a bit old and gave an off impression until we checked in and saw the rooms.

The staff were very helpful, and friendly. The room was clean. It was nice to grab coffee, orange juice and a simple breakfast before starting out day. Very reasonable cost.

The door to the outside of the room needed to be double checked as it didn't close without a decent pull. Toilet chain fell off a couple of times causing the tank not to fill.

Clean and comfortable room. Very pleasant staff

Would have preferred room at back with easier access to pet friendly outside area but made it work. Our outside access door was excessively squeeky and very difficult to lock with deadbolt but made it work as well 🙂

Staff very helpful. Loved the gigantic pictures on the wall. Room clean. Appreciated with covid they still found a solution to give us "breakfast" and it was balanced. Muffins a bit on the dry side. Maybe try outsourcing to a local bakery and help promote local businesses. My bed was perfect to sleep on and lots of plugs to put chargers on was a bonus. Liked having refrigerator in room that really helped with staying a few days. We also appreciated having a window to open in the morning like at home:)

With the stairs carpet it was difficult to see the edge. I would have also liked a grab bar in the shower to get out more safely. Otherwise I did appreciate being able to get coffee and tea all day. That was most helpful.

Parking quite congested in front with little area for pet friendly visitors (minimal grass in front located right at highway… small area at back is easier and safer for pet travellers though)

Nice big room. Well laid out for our pet. Staff was friendly at check-in; check-in went smoothly. Accommodating of us taking food and tea for the car as they were 1st opening for breakfast.

Was a bit dated, but overall a good experience, especially when travelling with a cat.

Ryan was above and beyond helpful. Bed was comfortable

No microwave in the room. Small breakfast area. Not much breakfast choices. This time around we found hair whether pet or humain hair on one of the pillow cases.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and it had most of things that we needed-hairdryer, coffee maker, fridge, etc.

Compared to the number of room, the area for breakfast was too small - it had only 3 tables which led to many guests taking up breakfast to their rooms. Wifi was weak.
