Everything! I am only giving them a 10 because 11 wasn’t an option. I travel a lot and this is the cleanest bed and breakfast I have ever stayed. My room was so comfortable, the bed, bathroom, furnishings, everything was well thought out. It is the small details that make the difference, cold water in the fridge, coffee maker in the room with coffee and cream available, fresh flowers in my room. Breakfast was amazing with different choices each day. And last but not least the hosts were so warm and accommodating. The Inn is close to town and many activities to do in the surrounding area.

The property is just beautiful. The location is perfectly located near Magog where there are many fabulous restaurants. This location is very central for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The owners have provided many amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are varied and beautifully presented.

I have no negative comments.

 everything was perfect: the well appointed room, the imposing wooden bed with an excellent mattress, the spectacular views of Lake Magog and,most of all, the warm hospitality of the hosts, Guylaine and Michel. The breakfast was magnificent and deserves a review in itself 

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!

The property is immaculately maintained and very clean. Everything was excellent standard, including the comfort of the bed, quality of linens and towels. The room was spacious, with lovely decor and everything one could need for a short stay, including a fridge, coffee maker, table and chairs, tv, fireplace, comfortable chairs. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they clearly take a great pride in their home and their business. They are happy to recommend places to eat and visit in the local area. The breakfast was exceptionally good, freshly prepared each day and delicious! The surroundings are picturesque and quiet as it is located out of town. Highly recommend this B&B and would happily stay here again if I was visiting the area, a great find.

Nice touches throughout. The view of the lake is stunning. Washrooms clean, rooms charming, breakfast options a nice touch and very good. And the hosts will certainly help you plan your outings.

The channel selection through Bell was minimal. For instance, I needed the business channels during the day and hockey channels at night. I had to ask for access and the owners were very accommodating, but it did take some time. It might be helpful to let the guests know that not all channels are offered but they can be before they arrive.

We stayed in the deluxe queen room and we felt lucky to have this beautiful room with great interior decoration where you see how the hosts take care of their business. Impeccably clean and new. In the room you have free coffee and some snacks. Complimentary breakfast they offer has many options and they are really delicious and mostly they are cooked by the hosts, who are hospitable and friendly to their guests all the time. Nothing really has a flaw. We will definitely come back for fall foliage!

Are you kidding me? Nothing.

The rooms were very beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Guylaine and her husband were amazing hosts and their tips and advice made our trip even more memorable. The breakfast is truly delicious and there's so much love and care that is put into it.

The hosts were very kind and informative, and very patient with English speakers. The food was delicious. The location was just where we wanted it, out of the way in the Townships area.

We loved the attention to detail in the room and the little thoughtful touches everywhere. The owners were so helpful and kind, and even gave us a delicious breakfast to go when we had to leave early. It was a truly wonderful stay, and if someone is looking for that personal touch, this place delivers!

Exceptional breakfasts with different menus each of the two days we stayed. Comfortable room with good quality bed and bedding. Hosts Guylaine and Michel were very helpful and friendly. Lovely setting with Lake Memphremagog visible in the distance.
