Motel 6-Regina, SK

I booked a room here twice. The beds were comfortable. However, I didn't like the room on the first floor because, when I wanted privacy, I could only close the window with dark curtains. The rooms are spacious and come equipped with a hairdryer, fridge, and microwave. They also provide soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels. The motel offers complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and 24/7 hot water. The coffee is delicious. The internet is great, and the motel offers free printing services. The housekeepers clean the rooms every day. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the best part is that kids can stay for free with no additional costs. Pet friendly

However, I didn't like the room on the first floor because, when I wanted privacy, I could only close the window with dark curtains and room is in darkness. Moreover, the same room did not have hooks for towels. The sound insulation was poor, and throughout the evening and early in the morning, a big dog barked, causing some disturbance.

The room was huge, comfortable, and very romantic. There was a fantastic hot tub in the bedroom, and a little kitchenette out in another room. It was very clean and quiet. The front staff was amazing; I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I found the staff here, especially the woman who helped us, to be incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. The cappuccino machine at the front was also a lovely, delicious bonus -- my spouse must have consumed six cups in one afternoon!

The only thing I would say I didn't like was that we had to switch rooms to the third floor (which was really nice) because the room on the second floor was right next to the smoking rooms, so the hallway was smoky. They had a fan to try to subdue the smell, but it was very bad. I don't think your hotel should have smoking rooms at all, especially right in the middle of the hotel; for people such as myself who has had family members suffer from cancer, it was especially alarming. The hotel staff had no problem helping to move us away from the smoke right away, and was very understanding and apologetic. I will still remember our stay as wonderful!

Stayed for 3 weeks with my dog while undergoing medical treatments. Staff was exceptional - always friendly and helpful. Location is great - all amenities really close by. Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has free coffee and great vending - even ice cream!

Its very affordable and you get what you pay for... the room and bedding is very basic. I brought my own fuzzy blanket, slippers, and my dog's bed and we were very comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff. They treat dogs wonderfully at the reception, they gave our dog a dog cake. In general, it was good!

I didn't like that it was a bit wintery and dirty, the cleanliness would have been better. But a very big minus is that weed is smoked on the territory and it stinks.

When I booked my room, all the cost were upfront on the confirmation. No hidden costs added at the time of check in.

People using the handicap spots just to park when they have no placard or stickers on vehicle and are not handicapped in any way. I had to park on the far end of parking lot and walk a distance - waiting for hip and both knee surgeries.

-After problem with Booking reservation, the manager was able to find us a room though it was a smoking room and he let us take the less smelly room which was bearable. -Very comfortable bed -Fridge & microwave -Friendly stafll -Free parking, on edge of city near restaurants and box stores but still 10 mins to downtown

-Booking reservation system did not sync with their computer and did not have my reservation for a non-smoking room. We had to take a smoking room as almost all hotels in town were booked with Agribition -Coffee in lobby, not in room but is open 24 hrs and all you want so overall better -Room could have used a sitting chair, in our king room, big open area that needed a sitting chair.

It was very nice to get fruit and a cupcake in the morning upon check out. Also, visitors are offered several types of free coffee, Quaker and tea, which is also nice.

It was a strange smell in the room. It didn't really bother me, just tried not to pay attention.

Management went above to accommodate me at certain times of my long stay so I didn't have to move rooms. All other staff very friendly and helpful for anything you needed. Was most appreciated when the night staff shoveled behind my car after a storm as he knew I needed to get to work. Thanx everyone

The room is equipped with all you need for a stay, you really only need to bring your own clothes and devices. Free breakfast was provided - Muffins, coffee, tea, bananas, instant porridge and more. Clean, comfortable, quiet, extremely nice staff. I recommend this motel to anyone without hesitation.

Nice, clean, spacious and modern room. I was really pleased that the staff was able to change my room to the main floor so I wouldn't need to use an elevator where the strong chemicals triggered my allergy.

Over spraying the elevator with disinfectant which was very harsh for breathing should not be allowed as none of the doctors would agree with spraying an enclosed space. Wiping the sides and buttons is absolutely sufficient. Also the hotel needs to respect mask exemption without asking personal questions. No government, police or provincial doctor hold that right either.
