Hotel Spirito by Spiwak

The Breakfast was typical for the hotel, and sufficient, you do have to go early to be able to find a spot especially if you travel during during a busy month such as December

The Check in is extremly slow, in my case it was 30 to 40 min, but there was a Woman with kids that had been waiting for more than two hours. It seems that they need to have extra staff for Decemeber as it is probably the most busy month of the Year. Also one of the Nights the Hotels Parking space was filled to Max Occupancy and I had to park in the Malls Parking Area, which was a slight incoveniance.

Location, comfort, and staff

As every year, this is my complain: you (Spirito administration) need to change your policy about guest’s parking. Instead of it being an additional charge, why not just include it as an amenity that comes with the stay? I don’t think you would lose a lot but rather gain enormous (more business) if you don’t charge your future guests for parking.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was awesome. The lobby and restaurant is still under construction but the service and room made up for that. Very close to the mall and many restaurants.

The pool is actually at the sister hotel across the street and is not that nice. When i booked I did not realize I would need to cross the road to use the pool and it is a bit low end pool compared to the hotel. I did not really like Cali as it felt as dangerous as the blogs suggest. Someone tried to steal my cell phone from my shirt pocket in front of the hotel which is a "safe" area.

Second time staying in this Hotel. The Location is great for my visits. Close to the Airport , close to the Mall, Easy to find, good service.

I think the Check in is always a little slow. Getting the Parking Vouchers can sometimes be slow, I tend lo like bigger towels, the ones in this hotel are on the smaller thinner size.

The property is not a great location. Right across the street from a Mall. That has access to shopping ,restaurants , hair salons and spas, a pharmacy, and even groceries. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean very comfortable beds and their breakfast buffet is delicious!

Excellent breakfast and perfect location!!!! Very convenient being in the mall. Really nice service. The staff is awesome. We had an issue with the AC and it was resolved right away. I loved it!!! I definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was excellent the assortment of fruits was amazing. The egg omelet was really good too Well organized buffet line and drink stations.

I couldn't access my schools website not sure if that was an internet issue. Or because I'm from the United States.

The AC didn't work at the begging then it was fixed. There was lots of noise from other guests.

This is my fourth stay here. Great views, comfortable, large rooms. Helpful staff. Location across street from Chipichape centro comercial is very convenient and very safe.

I hope this was my last visit to Cali. Way too dangerous for my comfort.
