from the moment I arrived in reception, I was made to feel like a King! The gentleman checking me in was called Alex, and it was like having a personal concierge for my whole stay. He was very professional, but with such a happy demeanour to go with it. Great hospitality skill set. The spa is incredible, the view, the gym and the facilities.

H4 is the best floor, city facing, and between 401 and 409 for least noise at weekends from the discotecas nearby.

This was our first in Medellin. The hotel was recommended by a friend. At our arrival, all service desk received with a very warmed welcome. We stayed in a mini suite. When arrive at the room, we have separate space with a sofa bed and hammock. Simply perfect with an excellent view. The hotel offers a suberb breakfast. The location is awesome. Very close to Provenza street and Plaza Lleras. Santa Fe Mall is one mile walk. Johnny in front desk was the best with all its recommendations. We definitely stayed in this hotel in our next visit to Medellin

I loved the location as it was next to Park Lleras and Provenza, which meant everything was within walking distance, the room was decent size with a hanging hammock and panoramic view of Medellin - probably one of the best views. Customer service was amongst the best experiences I've had as my flight arrived first thing in the morning but reception staff were able to assign a room by 10am instead having to wait till 3pm.

Gym and swimming pool was closed due to refurbishment but the price for hotel was really good and notice was provided in advance. Noise dampening is very poor so not ideal for light sleepers, I'm from a major city so didn't bother me at all.

Good internet, Cafe and Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor.

Not charge the absurd amount of 50 and more dollars for a visit from a friend.

Greeted by friendly staff and cumplimentary water bottles and chocolates. Floor H5, right under terrace has a great view of the city but, may experience noises that sound like moving chairs and tables. Otherwise room is quiet. Included breakfast was a plus. A good variety of fresh fruits and main entrees. A taxi was needed. Front desk arranged it and it arrived very shortly, even in peak traffic hour. Walking distance from restaurants and stores in a safe part of the city.

Rug in room looked soiled. Towels left were short. Had to remind front desk that room was for 3 instead of 2. However, have to say that staff responded in a reasonable time and brought an extra one!

Thursday, July 20, my door would not unlock and the master cards of two staff members would not open it. Someone finally had to disassemble the lock. Upon checkout I could not locate my backup ATM card which was in my suitcase. I never carried that card. Upon my return home, my bank notified me they shut down the card on July 20 for suspected fraud, so I did not know it had been stolen until I returned home. The scary part is that someone had to have accessed my room.

What would have been nice: More hooks and drawers Dimmer light in bathroom (for night trips) Housekeeping staff should not knock on door to deliver chocolates (they were delicious though) or laundry service or forgotten items. Maybe we were sleeping or did not want to be disturbed. They were very nice but - maybe this is cultural — more privacy would be nice.

Excellent location - REALLY close to bars & rest but away enough to avoid noise at night. Staff is friendly and maid service was nice every day. Hotel is under renovations so I had contacted them prior my arrival to ask for a room away from that area and they fully acomplished the request.

Breakfast was ok - would have preferred more options but it was manageable with no problem.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great part of the city. The room was comfortable, the view was amazing, staff was great and really nice breakfast included.

We booked this place because I like the hot tubs and roof deck, which are both currently under construction. The top two floors of the hotel are closed, which includes the hot tubs, sauna, and steam room.

what happen is that i went to do some videos I am an artist and I extended one more day my stay and I though i was going to pay pau it on departure day like every hotel but my surprise was one day early at six on the morning heading to my viedo with one of my luggage which i had clothes for videos people from hotel folllow me screaming that I had to pay it was embarrasing I was coming back I steel had one more week to go which I had paid 11 days in advance
