The room was spacious, however, we upgraded after a week to a Pool room. which was on the balcony. Absolutely Loved it. Exercise in the pool downstairs in the morning< and refreshing cool pool in the afternoon on the balcony. It was amazing. You could not ask for more in a hotel. We loved our stay. The staff are wonderful. The Manager Alexandra was amazing as well, very helpful. It was a full apartment, with a kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave. If you wanted to cook You could. Pali grocery store is minutes away, Maxi Mennos ( Walmart) is a 15 minute walk on the main strip. The main Pool downstairs was amazing, with a side jacuzzi and little huts for shade, as well as beautiful lounge chairs. If you don't want to cook, you can order with confidence from the restaurant in the hotel, everything was delicious. The breakfast is included and spectacular choices. As far as we were concerned it was all first class, the service, the staff and the apartment. We loved our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel. The cleaning is done daily. you have a choice of the time it is done. They cater to your every desire. We even washed our clothes before coming back, as there is a washer and dryer in the apartment, you just have to buy detergent that's it.

My husband had a difficult time with the tv programs, as even though I was able to switch the channel to English all the commercials were in Spanish and he has alzheimer so it was annoying for him. But that has no reflection on the hotel. Although it would e nice if the tv is set up for us before hand, as I had a difficult time finding out how to switch the language bit.

The room was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Wifi was easy. Kitchen was good with a full size refrigerator and stove. No oven though. The pool was really the best part - we made friends there which I wasn't expecting in only 2 days, my child got to play with other kids, it wasn't too noisy, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty every day. Laundry in unit was important!

The couch was a bit uncomfortable, and the stairs to the loft were really steep which made us feel it was a bit dangerous for our child but we managed. I wish the balcony was a bit more private because we felt like everyone could look into the room but it was nice and plenty of pretty yellow birds saying hello so it's okay. The laundry in unit wouldn't drain on our last day so it was a rush at check out to remove as much water as possible and ring out each piece of clothing and put it in the dryer, but we ended up leaving with 2 bags of wet clothes. I said this at the front desk and they offered to put it in their dryer but it was getting late and we had to leave at that time. Our rental car was hit in their parking lot across the street so park AWAY from everyone.

Hotel is not quite a 5* but the service is great!! Our room had some issues with the fan and then the curtains so Alexandra, at the front desk gave us an upgrade and and the new room was amazing, with a kitchen, huge fridge, balcony, it was such a nice upgrade. Alexandra was always kind and helpful with everything we needed, she made our stay the best it could be. 100% recommend.

Breakfast and restaurant could have a few more vegan options.

the room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to Jaco Beach, but the street that it was on was not the prettiest walk to the main part of town. Breakfast was great and the staff was awesome.

My only complaint about the hotel would be that it lacked soap and papertowels in the kitchen. They did not offer an option at the counter to buy supplies such as laundry soap, liquid dish soap, etc. That would have been really helpful. The hot tub was not hot, so to me that was not great, but I am always wanting more heat so most people may have been fine with it since the weather was perfect.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It has a kitchen which is also great, especially on a longer stay. The pool was wonderful and clean too, with perfect water temperatures. As for the breakfast, it was exceptional. You could choose from many different options and these were all very well prepared. The restaurant is also a great option in Jacó, not too expensive relative to other places, and the food was amazing, we had the tuna and trout wraps (these were outstandingly good).

The room service, location, food, breakfast, cocktails, staff, personal plunge pool, and shared pool were amazing. We were blocks from shopping, dining, and the beach. It was a great stay. We were impressed with the lengthy menu with so many great food options and EVERYTHING was delicious.

Because our 14-year-old had a not-so-comfy sofa hide-a-bed, we requested moving to a two bed or two bedroom room, however nothing was available. Our bad though as that's what we booked.

Facilities are fine, clean and confortable room with all appliances you need even to prepare your own food. The staff attention and service was excellent, they were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is really pet friendly as they advertise.

Wifi connecting was not good, the signal strength some times was low and connection drops constantly, so if the travel is for work, I don't recommend this place, at least ask first if the hotel have some alternatives for connection.

Every staff member made us feel so welcome. At check in the receptionist was warm, professional and extremely helpful. The bar staff and wait staff were amazing, very accommodating , especially when my 9 year old grandson asked at least 3 times a day for his “pina colada” The breakfast was fabulous with many freshly made choices

There was not anything that we could say negative about the property

The breakfast was good. The pool and loungers were great. Pool was clean. All of the employees during our stay were so kind and helpful. Wonderful staff!

The room had a musty smell but it would not deter me from staying again. We were on the first floor by pool.

The included breakfast every morning was a carefully prepared meal, not a normal hotel breakfast it was 5/5 star breakfast every day. The pool was cleaned every morning and very pleasant to hang out at any time of the day.

Our room was excellent and well cleaned every day at the time of our choosing, however for an "apartment" style room I would have expected laundry soap and dishwasher soap to be provided since we had those amenities in our room. If you are booking a room with extra amenities for an extended stay I would expect to have things you will need for that stay. (Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, shopping bags, etc)
