Very friendly staff, nice ambiance, lovely pool area with cozy places for sunbeds, fun pool programme (aqua gym was awesome!), very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, very nice spa which is free of extra charge

Food - it was good overall, however, there is still some room for improvement.

I was nicely surprised. Definitely not 5* hotel, but still nice and great location. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds. Bathrooms could use deep clean, but still ok. Private beach is amazing! Close by and suitable for kids. Towels provided by hotel. Staff was amazing!

Strong feeling of saving costs by management,low quality ingredients. Coffee was a nightmare, both restaurant and lobby bar. I liked the variaty of food for breakfast & dinners, although it lacked taste - fortunately salt and pepper saved nearly everything. Beverages for dinners are not included and very overpriced. Beach equipment needs renovation.

I booked this room for my dad and I was a little scared, because this was for the first time him beeing alone on vacation and he is also currently using crutches after the injury. But from the moment we came to the hotel, I knew I've made the right decision to book this hotel. The personel was so friendly, they helped my dad all the time, he said to me every day "I feel like a king here". The room was nice, the hotel was clean, food was great, personel is really on TOP level. Not just that my dad wants to go back, I'm sure that I will book a vacation for me in this hotel for sure.

inside pool was warm and nice Welness centre was also nice and clean. outside pool was very cold becasue of the season, but it would be nice to heatup water if they spend energy to use pumps for water circulation, so someone could use it.

if you are hungry after 23:00 you can't find food in that area, it would be good to have some sandwiches or toast options from the bar.

A very laid back location and hotel, I've relaxed and unwound so easily. The food is very nice a wide variety to suit every pallet I was worried after seeing some reviews but I was really pleased with the food on offer. The location was quiet and scenic but not really close to umag, easily reached by the wee train at a cost of 4 euro each way.

The swimming pool was cold and I feel that is not acceptable when you pay for a 5* hotel

We got an upgrade of a room to a suite because of the kindness of the staff upon many e-mails I sent them asking whether I could change the reservation from a normal room to a double room (to fit the kids as well)... but since they could not change the reservation made over booking they instead gave us the best room possible. We gorged ourselves at the tastiest dinner and breakfast buffet and adored the pool with massage nozzles as well as the short just-the-two-of-us stay in the sauna.

There is very nice, clean, calm and big private beach with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Private hotel parking is for free. The sea is clean and there is nice hotel garden and hotel pool. Gym was small but with good equipment. There is another separate building for spinning, pilates or yoga. On friday there was night hotel party by the pool with DJ, sweets and Prosseco. Hotel stuff is very kindly. Breakfast and dinners are very tasty, with good choise of meals, fruits, vegetables, with fresh juices and smoothies for breakfast. They offer rich choise of sport activities.

Only some details. We wish to have instant kettle in the room for making tee or coffee, but it missed and in the room with no balcony we very missed drying rack for the clothes in the room. The equipment of the room looks older, the TV can be bigger. The aircondition was automaticaly cooling only minimal to 24.5 degrees, there was a little bit warm in the room. We very missed a terrace in the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The location is great, far from restaurants as the nearby taverns/restaurants are closed now. The buffet in the hotel was good, but it is a buffet....😳

Terrible noise from nearby construction. I had a nice room with balcony and couldn't enjoy it. I could not even stay in the room. Of course the hotel can't help this matter, but I sure wish when I specifically requested a room in a quiet location on my reservation, that they would put me on the OTHER side of the hotel. Or at least offer another option.

We have been visiting the hotel for several years , and each time we have returned very satisfied with our stay. First of all, we are impressed by the staff, their kindness and willingness to help and answer any question. Also, the location of the facility is very favorable, so it enables all kinds of recreation in a beautiful, natural environment.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. The pool is amazing and the activities are also fun, I participated at aqua gym. The location is very good, right near the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the nights at the bar near the pool, with live music. In general, we liked that it is a quite place, one can definitely relax both at the pool and on the beach.

The food variety could have been better and I would have expected more traditional dishes. There was no thematic/international dinner, as advertised, or maybe we just didn't figure it out. Also, it needs to be clearly specified that breakfast and dinner are taking place in a closed space (restaurant), because when seeing the photos in the description, one would think, due to COVID-19 rules, that meals are held outside, on the terrace. That is actually the à la carte restaurant.
