the location near by the hot spring ( around 10 minutes) staff is efficient, welcoming, always ready to help, special thanks to Marika and Violeta Sumatohina, and Nicola in medical center , they offer various medical procedures and spa treatment breakfast is fair, the suites is spacious place with 2 rooms and a living room beautiful lobby, safe neighborhood, exactly in front of the river, near by a mini market,, near bus stop. around the hotel dozen of luxury shops,laundry is very reasonable price.

The position of this hotel is breathtakingly beautiful with rooms that are elegant and tasteful furnished. Our room faced the Main Street and was like a comfortable warm place to relax and watch the world gently roll by. I was staying with my family for two nights after flying in from Australia for a winter holiday. I have to be in Finland early February 2024 for work, but will now be taking a few days longer to get to Finland and stopping back for another few nights. For me the stay was 10/10 and my wife and son both agreed.

I was glad to be back to Dvorak. The hotel is still very comfortable, cozy, clean. great location. good breakfast. And of course very nice staff. Yana from wellness is outstanding, very professional and so nice. Many thanks to you, great Milan and your colleagues from wellness. Girls from the restaurant and cleaning ladies are also very nice.

The supervisor-woman at the Reception could be more friendly, at least say hello and not be always gloomy. She also is not helpful as does not speak any foreign language, nor English, nor Russian.

The hotel is really one of the best in Karlovy Vary. Magnificent rooms, Varied and very tasty breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Excellent service at the SPA. But special thanks are due to two beautiful receptionists Natalia and Violetta. Professional and very attentive, they solve any problem and make your vacation even more excellent. Thank them very much. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Everything was perfect

Location is great.

Thanks to the staff, we made check-in an hour early. In booking had 2 options. One king-size bed or 2 separate beds. We had chosen one big king bed. But in the room were 2 separate beds together. But this is not big problem. Room was not clean. There was a woman's hair left in the bathroom, stain around the toilet in the WC. We didn’t buy water from the market because, we thought we can get it from Minibar)))). But there was only empty refrigerator ))) when I asked about mini bar from reception his answer was “this is just written there, we don't have minibar. If you want to buy something you can buy from out bar-restourant”. Just want to say, the price does not correspond to reality.

Excellent hotel with very professional and helpful staf. Breakfast was amazing and top-notch. The room is very nice and spacious, with nice decor. The location is just in the center, very close to everything you need for your stay.

Definitely, I would not recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a hotel with a spa / wellness. You might be disappointed, as we were, due to the lack of a spa facility. The hotel has only two little saunas and a medium-sized swimming pool. And in the bar area, you can pay only in cash, which we found a little bit obsolete. Otherwise, the hotel is amazing.

All in all it was very good. The location is fantastic and the facilities are nice. We particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna. I was glad to be able to park on site. The staff were friendly and generally easy to deal with, though some could have spoke better English and/or German. In any case, everything worked out fine. The breakfast is also really good, and the service was very friendly in the restaurant. The location is superb. We had a suite, which was great, because it was enormous.

Check-in was a bit confusing, primarily because there's no real place to park legally in front of the building that I could find. Several other folks from different countries had a similar problem. The facilities are fine, and the price we paid was good I suppose, but you can also see that some things in the hotel are getting a bit older. One of the tables in our room was wobbly when we arrived, but I fixed that easily. Our room was on the front and it is very LOUD till early in the morning because of all the activity on the main drag outside. That was cool in the evening, but not so great when we wanted to go to sleep.

The location was perfect, well within walking distance to all our points of interest. The staff at reception were extremely helpful, especially Atalya, who went out of her way to provide a solution to our parking issue. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a large selection of local and international dishes. Our room was cozy and very quiet. The bathroom was clean and we also had our own bathtub, which was nice to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also had its own pool, which unfortunately we didn´t get around to testing, but it looked great.

My pillow was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable and the curtain rail fell down when I tried to close the curtains, however it was repaired immediately after I informed the hotel.

Nice old style hotel with very good breakfast. Most Spa facilites are included, like swimming pool, sauna and a steamroom. The room was very spacious with a nice view of the river and promenade in front of the hotel. Overall the hotel had a good price to value ratio.

The weather was not very good when we visited, so the spa facilities were very crowded. Our room was in a very remote part of the hotel, so we had to take down one elevator, walk through a long hallway to the lobby, before taking up another elevator to get to either the breakfast room or the spa area.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room 125 was spacious, clean with good facilities (e. g. the bathroom had both available - a shower and a bath tub). We enjoyed dinner and breakfast for a great choice and tasty meals. We had drinks in the hotel bar near the lobby, which we can also recommend, if you don't mind higher prices in it . The steam room, sauna and swimming pool were also nice after our journey and walk in the city centre, just to relax. The general hotel was on a high level, so we were satisfied with the service for the price offer with a half board, we got.

The WiFi could be a bit better in our room, as the signal was poor, compared to other parts of the hotel. Booking.com should make sure, that the official web sites are just for them and the accommodation facility, as we were attempted to be scammed direct on the communication site of the hotel. This caused the necessity to block my bank card. I hope, that the company will deal accordingly with these attempts - even if the name and account of the scammer in the tax heaven has been revealed on the site.
