Wellness Hotel Jean De Carro

We really enjoyed the view from our room, straight over the main geyser and the surrounding, there were even a tiny balconies, which were really nice. Breakfasts were nice and rich with a lot of variety for both cold and warm meals. Location is central so you can walk easily anywhere you need.

- The mattress was too soft so i had a backache - Juice for breakfast was very diluted and hence sour (even though i normally dilute juice, this was too much) - The shower floor was broken and it felt very unstable while standing there

The location and view from the window were exquisite. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly, kind, and really helpful. This all made our stay enjoyable.

As we got to know before our stay, rooms do not have AC, so it did get hot during the day. However, we knew about that and spent most of the day away, so it was not an issue.

The room was very clean. The view from the room is great. Also the breakfast is quite tasty with wide range of food everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The double bed is actually two single beds put together, so there is a hard wood line in between. Also, spa entrance is not free for hotel guests. Maybe it was written somewhere, but it was surprising to me.

Perfect location; absolutely stunning window view - from any room. Nice hotel terrace for having a drink. Free parking places on the street and no problems with finding one.

A bit outdated interior. Pretty narrow breakfast offer. Bar being closed too early [20:00?]

Some strange noise from bathroom wall. It looked like a knock.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, and very relaxed, and the view from the little balcony in my room was amazing. I also loved that it was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location is very central, and the view is worth the climb up the little hill where the hotel is. Really recommended.

It would be great to have kettles in the rooms.

Only thing was missing hot-tab/or thermal thing, it was very far to reach. otherwise it was very clean, very quite and amazing view - i liked the most

I loved this hotel! Amazing rooms, nice beds, amazing breakfast that varies every day! Will return.

One of the receptionists did not speak English, was a bit complicated to communicate with her but overall I cannot complain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is sitting in the hill overlooking the beautiful church and the city in a nice area.

The interior and hardware are outdated.
