Everything was perfect. Staff - Some of the staff spoke little English but all very helpful and friendly. Hidden fee - There is a small local charge which was about £3 GBP Food - Don't miss out on the amazing breakfast buffet. Kids friendly - there is plenty of entertainment going on. Location - Uber was the best option from/to Airport hence it wasn't straightforward using public transport. It cost around£15 GBP. The hotel is a bit away from old town but 1min walk from tram station. So it was not an issue. Transport - as soon as you arrive at the airport buy travel pass. (24, 48 or 72hr) tram is so useful. Other guests - Good mixture of guests but all had great manners Swimming pool - might be too deep for small children but do ask staff as they have floaties stored which we didn't know till last day. Try local cuisine: walk to right side of the hotel once you are out. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants which are lovely. Minishop - there is a mini local shop 2min walk/open till late by the tram station. / Take cards Some shops don't take cards so be aware. It would be helpful if the hotel considered printing these little information for customers. Thank you for the lovely hospitality. We are already planning to visit again!

I had an exceptional stay at the Orea Pyramida Hotel in Prague. Located in a quiet area, a few kilometers from the city center, the hotel is conveniently situated close to a tram station, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. The hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, featuring comfortable rooms, a pool, a gym, and a restaurant that boasts a magnificent view of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing significantly to the enjoyment of my visit. I spent a week in the 'Classic Suite' which was spacious and airy, furnished with a comfortable bed, two large TVs, and a dedicated workspace. The room also featured efficient air conditioning, perfect for relaxing and recuperating after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel additionally offers a sauna, a pool, and a gym - all of which I took full advantage of. The pool was just the right size and 170 cm deep, ideal for a swim on a hot day. The gym was equipped with a variety of machines that helped me maintain my fitness routine. The sauna was pristine and came with a special plunge pool. At the spa reception, I received two clean, fragrant towels. The hotel's restaurant served traditional Czech cuisine, and I had some of the best meals I've ever enjoyed in Prague there. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide range of options. However, I should note that red meats were not labeled to specify whether they were pork, or beef. Over the weekend, the breakfast buffet was busier, but there was also an increased number of staff who were serving, cleaning, and restocking efficiently. The room cleaning service was impeccable, the housekeepers were professional and quick. When I requested a change of bed linens, they attended to it promptly. The staff at the Orea Pyramida Hotel was always more than happy to provide me with tips on what to see and do in Prague. They truly made my visit extremely enjoyable.

OK, I may not be the perfect example for an objective review, as it is almost 2nd home: Check-in: Like earlier stay this week: Smooth, fast, friendly. Room: What should I say... they are nice and functional. Breakfast: This time busy due to conference, but still excellent and the best for sure you can get in Prague . Location: See all reviews: Comfortable distance from centre, both walking as by Tram Check-out: Fast and friendly, they booked me a taxi for the airport, which was perfectly on time. Though increased from CZK 500 to CZK 850 ..... So next time I will use local taxi. But as always ...Great stay... again...

I personally do not like the amounts of mails that is sent after the booking through booking.com, about upgrades, additional services, online checkinn etc... But again, that is personal. The hotel indicates it is automatically done by booking.com but I only get it with this hotel.... During check-in ( as always since 8 years) I requested check-out at 12. ( Due to work ) Receptionist nicely approved and even changed the time on the key-card. Still I was chased in the morning to check-out, physically and few minutes later again by phone.... Please find a way to get it clear in the system... :-) as it disturbes in the work.....

Swweming pool was a bit small, water was colder than usualy is in indor sweeming pools and i think they need to renovate that area

The hotel has some of the kindest staff I have come across. There were quite a few things that did not work - the hotel probably needs major works, and the pool was out for cleaning throughout our stay - the staff worked tirelessly to address all issues, sending ours kids to nearby water park, having a plumber to fix bathroom drain, lift maintenance guy was there pretty much every day. Little things like flavoured water and sweets and fruits by reception added nice touches. Breakfast was good quality and whilst the hotel was busy we always found a seat. We had some concerns about location being little away from centre but it ended up being perfect for little walks, and tram connection very convenient taking ten minutes to charles bridge area.

the hotel's facilities are old, although the hotel was clearly renovated and has recently been decorated. Bathroom is quite small, we had drainage issue, no thermostatic valve so water was either hot or cold. Whilst most reception staff were super nice, there was one that was exceptionally bad at customer services - I was glad to see manager react quickly and pull them from front desk duties. Lifts were not fit for hotel capacity, and one or two often out of function, and there was no signage for stairs, so sometimes we had had to wait ten minutes to go up or down. I was happy to hear the manager had requested signage so hopefully this will be resolved.

- staff at check in was great and helpful - staff in the restaurant was pleasant - cooperative staff whenever asked for help for example cleaning the room or changing in bedsheets - public car charging facility in the parking was helpful for overnight charging (EV - Type2 charging). - buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choices

- expensive car parking starting 400CzK per day - breakfast has a lot of meat types, but badly missing fish / salmon etc. - eggs and pancakes were being made on the same hot place where meat was being cooked with eggs etc (together with non-veg stuff), not acceptable for Vegans/Vegetarians - heavy traffic at the lifts during breakfast, should add more lifts or find alternative

Nice big rooms. Clean bathroom. The location is perfect. Calm surroundings. The tram goes right across the street, it takes you right to the city center. The pool was very nice. 11x9 meters was quite enough. Very good breakfast. The vegetables were so fresh. They even make fresh eggs both sunny side up and scrambled. The fresh pancakes were also pretty good.

The gym was very good. Only thing I would change is the Smith Machines with a reguler squat rack. The pillows on the bed was kinda too big, other than that the bed was pretty comfortable.

our room was on the 4th floor and it was small we were couple with a 6 year old kid bathroom was soooo tide so you better take a deluxe room or ask in advantage about the bathroom if it matters to you we could barely move in ours shower was terrible and week be aware that you will be asked to pay immediately when you check in by Euro or czech krona or credit card of corse. you can't pay with Dollars

As standard: Rooms are fine. The standard rooms are still to be renovated, but still very comfortable. Location is also not changed over the many years visiting... Tram in Front if you do not want to take the half hour walking down town Breakfast: Nothing to say, the best you will have on your trip to Prague! Staff: correct and friendly Hotel bar: Nice and comfortable for a drink.... Food is not their core business..... But for a nice evening when raining/snowing, always good hang-out spot

- The last year quite some staff has been changed... So I guess I have to get used to them again... - Feels less like home as it did for the last 8 years ... will be better again hopefully. - I really start to dislike the amount of mails you receive everythime after booking with them.
